You are a "people person" who knows how to get a team moving. You stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: You speak fluent English or Dutch.
• Experience: You have previous experience in a leadership role (or the clear ambition and aptitude to take on this responsibility).
• Flexibility: You are available for 2 or 3 shifts and don't mind working the occasional Sunday.
• Mindset: You are looking for a long-term, stable career move.

what will you do
As the Assistant Team Lead, you are the right hand of the Team Leader. You don't just sit in an office; you are on the floor, where the action happens.

• Lead & Motivate: Guide and coach a team of up to 50 employees to reach their daily targets.
• Operational Excellence: Keep a birds-eye view of the outbound process and ensure everyone knows their priorities.
• Hands-on Support: Work alongside your team to understand bottlenecks and solve them in real-time.
• Quality Control: Recognize what is going well and identify areas for improvement to maintain our high service standards.

where will you work
Located near the city center of Roosendaal, Active Ants is a leader in e-fulfilment. We handle the entire logistics process for hundreds of webshops. Our warehouse is a blend of human talent and state-of-the-art robotics, making it an exciting and dynamic place to build your career.

Who you are
As a delivery driver at Albert Heijn, you are customer-friendly. You are also physically strong enough to lift heavy crates. What is also important:

• You have a B driving license;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have your own transportation to work in Breda and Roosendaal.

What will you do
As a delivery driver at Albert Heijn, no day is the same! You never know where your adventure will take you that day. First, you start by getting your route list and important tools. Everything is ready for you at the distribution point. Don't forget to bring something tasty from the fridge for the road! Yum! :) Once you're going, your navigation will tell you exactly where to go! Have you arrived at your destination? Then you scan the groceries and deliver it to the door with a smile. A smile makes everyone happy! :) After you've delivered all the groceries, it's time to return to the distribution center. Tomorrow is another day!

Where will you work
The location where you will work as a delivery driver at Albert Heijn is Zoete Inval 6 in Breda. This is easy to reach with your own transport! You don't work alone, but together with a friendly team. Everyone has their own route, but beforehand everyone comes together for a cup of coffee. What makes the work even more fun, is that you also get a pay increase after thirteen weeks! There is also the possibility to grow. Discover for yourself what the options are!
