Functie-inhoud:

• Als Operator B 5-ploegen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van productielijnen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles voor de continuïteit van processen;
• Als Operator B 5-ploegen stuur je machines aan en voer je opstart- en omstelwerkzaamheden uit om productieorders volgens planning te realiseren;
• Je bewaakt procesparameters, meldt afwijkingen en neemt corrigerende maatregelen om uitval te minimaliseren;
• Je voert kleine onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit en werkt volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitseisen;
• Je werkt in een vijfploegendienst en draagt bij aan efficiënte overdrachten en samenwerking met collega's;
• Je bedient en controleert CNC- en bewerkings- en verpakkingsmachines die PLC-gestuurd zijn met HMI-bediening in een grotendeels geautomatiseerde productieomgeving;
• Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals het verhelpen van vastlopers, eenvoudige mechanische aanpassingen en het vervangen van zekeringen, en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexere storingen;

Functie-eisen:

• MBO in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding;
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de maakindustrie of procesindustrie is een pré;
• Ervaring met het bedienen van geautomatiseerde productielijnen en basiskennis van besturingssystemen;
• Bereidheid en beschikbaarheid om te werken in een vijfploegendienst;
• Kennis van kwaliteitscontroles en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen productieomgevingen;
• Technische probleemoplossende vaardigheden en oog voor detail;

As a Hightech Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential. Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
