As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the production process of various nuts and snacks. You will start with hands-on tasks on the production line and may also work in other areas of production, such as mixing and dragée coating. This means you will be involved in the entire production process! Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production runs smoothly and that all products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out production tasks on the production line;
• Setting up, operating and monitoring machinery;
• Mixing and coating various nuts and snacks;
• Monitoring product quality and identifying any irregularities;
• Keeping machinery clean and maintaining a tidy working environment;
• Assisting in different departments whenever needed.

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system, from Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. Of course, you will receive additional shift allowances for this! The working hours are as follows:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:45
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:45

• Your own accommodation in the Netherlands (accommodation is not provided for this position);
• Your own transport. If you do not have your own transport, we are happy to explore possible solutions with you;
• At least 1 year of experience in production, preferably as an Operator in the food industry;
• Good command of Dutch or English;
• You are accurate, quick to adapt and motivated;
• You are flexible and available to work in a 3-shift system, including occasional Saturdays.

Als Productieoperator bij Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek speel je een cruciale rol in onze drukke voedingsproductiefaciliteit. Jouw hoofdtaak is om de verpakkingslijn soepel en efficiënt te laten draaien. Je bedient en controleert machines, bewaakt de productkwaliteit en voert kleine technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit. Komt er een storing? Dan spring jij direct bij om deze snel op te lossen en alles weer op schema te krijgen. Samen met je collega’s lever je kwalitatieve snacks af en zorg je voor een veilige, schone werkplek.

De belangrijkste taken zijn:

• Efficiënt en veilig bedienen van verpakkingsmachines
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de gestelde normen
• Verrichten van routinematig onderhoud aan apparatuur
• Snel signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen
• Schoon en geordend houden van de werkruimte

Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag:
