Wat ga je precies doen

Als sales support medewerker draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van het voortraject van onze private label health & beauty producten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het proces, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met accountmanagers, leveranciers en logistieke partners. In deze rol krijg je te maken met een breed scala aan taken, van het beheren van productinformatie tot het coördineren van artwork en het bewaken van deadlines. Wat ga je precies doen

Als sales support medewerker draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van het voortraject van onze private label health & beauty producten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het proces, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met accountmanagers, leveranciers en logistieke partners. In deze rol krijg je te maken met een breed scala aan taken, van het beheren van productinformatie tot het coördineren van artwork en het bewaken van deadlines. Je werkt in een informele omgeving met korte lijnen, waar zelfstandigheid en precisie essentieel zijn.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Coördineren: je bewaakt de voortgang van commerciële projecten en stemt af met leveranciers, klanten en logistieke partners.
• Productinformatie beheren: je voert gegevens in systemen in en houdt deze up-to-date, inclusief GS1-databases en klantportalen.
• Artwork controleren: je zorgt ervoor dat verpakkingsinformatie volledig en correct is, in samenwerking met klanten en ontwerpers.
• Operationele ondersteuning: je regelt bestellingen, herbestellingen en sampleverzendingen, en houdt overzicht over de goederenstroom.

Ready to kickstart your workday in a dynamic environment? As a warehouse worker, you play a crucial role in the logistics process. You will be working at a client of ours in Hoofddorp, the absolute specialist in exotic products. This is a stable position where you can truly build for the long term!

You start the day with a fresh cup of coffee, have a quick, to-the-point check-in with your team leader, and dive straight into the warehouse. From collecting orders on the EPT to getting freight ready for transport: you stay physically active, keep an overview, and work together with your team to supply stores and customers on time. Tasks:

• Order picking exotic products in various storage locations efficiently and safely.
• Operating an EPT to move goods quickly and safely through the warehouse.
• Moving freight and stock to loading docks, storage areas, and delivery vehicles.
• Stacking and packing goods neatly for safe shipment.
• Keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with your team and coordinating with connected stores.
• Working longer hours on busy days whenever you want to.

What we are looking for:

• A true doer who is physically in great shape and loves to roll up their sleeves.
• An EPT certificate is required (don't have one yet? We will arrange it for you!).
• You are looking for stability and a long-term commitment.
• Available for the fixed working hours from 06:00 to 15:00.
• Willing to work two Saturdays per month from 06:00 to 11:00.
• Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure during peak times.
