Overview

In this high-visibility role, you will help shape TE Connectivity's Industrial BU growth agenda by analyzing markets, evaluating opportunities, and guiding strategic investments. You'll partner with BU leadership and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable plans, support inorganic growth and annual strategy processes, and present clear recommendations to senior leaders. This position offers broad exposure to portfolio strategy, M&A, and transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed environment. You will be a key driver of long-term value creation and strategic execution.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Develop deep understanding of the Industrial BU's strategy, market dynamics, and financial performance
• Lead strategic projects to identify new markets, technologies, and growth adjacencies
• Conduct market intelligence, sizing, forecasting, and competitive benchmarking
• Support portfolio strategy by evaluating performance, attractiveness, and investment priorities
• Collaborate with BU leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans
• Support inorganic growth through target screening, due diligence, and M&A roadmaps
• Contribute to annual strategic planning and executive strategy presentations
• Build robust business cases and financial models; perform scenario analyses
• Synthesize complex information into clear insights for senior leadership
• Coordinate across a global, matrixed organization to align stakeholders

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8-12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, portfolio management, or related fields

• Proven ability to develop business strategies, assess market opportunities, and support investment decisions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into recommendations

• Experience in market sizing, financial modelling, business case development, and competitive benchmarking

• Understanding of industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or technology-driven B2B businesses

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills; ability to articulate strategic narratives
