Overview

As a Quality Systems Specialist at Medtronic, you will ensure quality and compliance are embedded in distribution operations from Heerlen. You'll help implement and maintain the Quality Management System across warehousing activities and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen inspection readiness and minimize quality risks. This role offers a meaningful impact on patient outcomes by delivering high-quality medical products. You will work in a mission-driven, global quality organization that puts patients first.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Serve as the primary quality contact for processes in local Distribution Centers
• Partner with process owners to build quality knowledge and drive continuous improvement using quality and project management tools
• Manage ISO certification activities for ISO 13485:2016 and provide guidance on interpreting policies/regulations
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and support improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal audits and Gemba Walks to verify compliance and implement improvements
• Increase awareness of Quality topics and embed a Quality mindset across the organization

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify root causes and implement solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient English (Dutch beneficial)
