For a modern food production company in Tilburg, we are looking for an Operator who will help ensure that the production process runs smoothly. From fresh soups and sauces to meat products for the hospitality industry and retail: you will play an important role in producing high-quality products that are enjoyed by thousands of people every day.

What will you be doing?

As an Operator, you will be responsible for efficient and high-quality production. You will ensure that machines are set up correctly, monitor the production process, and take action whenever necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

• ✅ Setting up, operating, and changing over production machines
• ✅ Checking recipes and ingredients
• ✅ Monitoring product quality and production progress
• ✅ Resolving minor machine faults and deviations
• ✅ Keeping machines and your work area clean in accordance with hygiene regulations
• ✅ Working independently and producing according to set recipes after completing your training

No two days are the same. You will work with a variety of products and have plenty of opportunities to further develop your skills within the production process.

Where will you be working?

You will join a growing company in the food industry that supplies products to hospitality, catering, and retail organizations throughout the Netherlands.

The Tilburg location has a close-knit team of around 15 operators. The atmosphere is informal, colleagues support each other, and successes are celebrated together. Since you will be working with fresh food products, the working environment is refrigerated. Of course, you will be provided with suitable workwear to ensure you can work comfortably. The main language spoken on the work floor is English.

Wie ben je?

• You are available to work full-time.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
• You are comfortable working in a refrigerated production environment.
• You live in or around Tilburg, Breda, Oosterhout, or Den Bosch.

Do you already have experience as an Operator, Production Worker, or Machine Operator? That is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn are just as important.

It is also an advantage if you work accurately and have a strong eye for quality!

What can you expect in return?

Salary between €15.00 and €16.00 per hour, depending on experience
