Wat ga je doen?

No shift work, but real operator work. As a day shift operator, you work on almost the entire production process of medical products such as creams, wound care products and FFP2 masks. What you do has a direct impact on product quality. You start with theoretical training and then learn the work at the machine.

• You prepare creams in a 400-liter mixing tank using set formulas.
• You operate filling machines for tubes, wound care products and FFP2 masks.
• You set up and change over production lines.
• You solve minor technical issues and help prevent them from coming back.
• You complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• You work according to CE, FDA and cleanroom guidelines.
• You also help with packing, replenishing raw materials and in the warehouse.

Waar ga je werken?

You will work for a manufacturer of medical products in Maastricht. Almost everything is made to customer order, so little is kept in stock and everyone's work counts. The company is growing: more storage space and a second production line are on the way.

Wie ben je?

You know what production work involves and you take quality seriously.

• You have experience as an operator or in a similar production role.
• You have VAPRO A or an equivalent level.
• You have technical insight and can analyze and solve malfunctions.
• You work accurately and independently, and you follow procedures.
• You speak and write Dutch or English.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Day shift from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• A fixed-term contract directly with the company.
• A gross monthly salary of up to € 3,510 (including holiday allowance), depending on knowledge and experience.
• 23 vacation days plus 4 additional half-days of leave.
• A travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.
• A pension fully paid by the employer.
• A catered lunch every Thursday.
• Internal training to develop your technical skills.
