Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will help steer store performance and embody the brand values. You will work alongside the Store Manager to deliver KPIs, drive sales, and manage day-to-day operations. You'll lead and develop the team, maintain visual standards, and cover the store in the manager's absence. This role offers growth within an iconic denim brand and a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Support Store Manager in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
• Monitor KPIs and team performance via reports and action plans
• Control costs and store operations (stock management, payroll, admin, rostas)
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge
• Cover store duties in the Store Manager's absence
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Strong customer service skills and experience in leading and developing a team

• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment

• Experience in store operations, stock management and admin duties

• Ability to motivate and drive the team to exceed KPIs
