Jouw werkzaamheden als HR consultant zijn o.a.:

-Recruitment en matching: Je werft studenten, starters en professionals, voert gesprekken en matcht hen met passende opdrachten via onze database en jouw netwerk, zodat klant en kandidaat allebei vooruitkomen.

-Vacatureteksten en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie: Je schrijft pakkende, doelgroepgerichte vacatures en denkt mee over hoe we ASA online en offline zichtbaar maken om de juiste kandidaten aan te trekken.

-Klantadvies en relatiebeheer: Je bent vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten, adviseert over instroom, planning en hr-vragen en zorgt dat afspraken helder zijn en worden nagekomen.

Begeleiding van uitzendkrachten: Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact, beantwoordt vragen en signaleert tijdig knelpunten, zodat uitzendkrachten zich gehoord voelen en goed presteren.

Planning en organisatie: Je plant gesprekken, bewaakt deadlines, schakelt snel tussen dossiers en houdt overzicht in een dag waarin prioriteiten continu kunnen verschuiven.

Over de vacature

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be reporting to the Manager Customer Operations. You will be responsible for:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners across Europe, managing all enquiries via phone and email, including order processing, complaint resolution, and special projects.

Based at a new port facility, you will manage claims and quality-related activities from our German market and customers.

Your Responsibilities:
Claims & Incident Management

• Review and classify incoming damage notifications and claims.
• Handle claims according to contractual, legal, and internal procedures.
• Determine liable party, amount of damage and compensation
• Collect and maintain supporting documentation such as photos, reports, and statements.
• Follow up on claims through to resolution and support related administrative processing.
• Analyse damage cases, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to reducing damage rates and improving service quality
• Communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams on claim-related matters.

Quality & Operational Support

• 3+ years of experience in damage & quality management in the finished vehicle sector

Description Thesis Internship Financial Services

At PwC, you will work on your graduation assignment within Financial Services, focusing on organizations such as banks, insurers, and other financial institutions. You will gain access to our knowledge, resources, and where appropriate data, and you will be supported by a dedicated colleague from professional practice. This enables you to develop in-depth expertise and work in a results oriented way towards a strong thesis, while also gaining a clear picture of the profession and your career opportunities after graduation.

You will become part of our Assurance community: an environment defined by collaboration, continuous learning, and approachability. You will be assigned a dedicated internship supervisor and work in a setting that allows for quick interaction, open communication, and achieving tangible results.

What you will do

• You will write your thesis or graduation assignment and can leverage PwC’s extensive network and expert interviews to strengthen your research.
• If you are interested, you will have the opportunity to shadow your internship supervisor to gain insight into the work of an accountant within Financial Services.
• You will complete your graduation thesis or assignment under the guidance of a colleague from professional practice.
• You will contribute to a Financial Services audit team at client engagements.
• Through informal coffee meetings, you will get to know colleagues ranging from associate to partner.
• You may take part in various informal activities, such as internship outings, social drinks, a winter gala, a ski weekend, and more.

This is you

You are curious, results-driven, and able to coordinate easily with various stakeholders. You are capable of setting priorities, work accurately, and communicate clearly about your progress and findings. In addition, you bring the following:

• You are in the final phase of an HBO or WO degree in an economic or financial field.
• You have an affinity with accountancy and working with numbers.
• You have an affinity with Financial Services (such as banks, insurers, or financial markets).
• You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch; English proficiency at a professional level.
• You are available from September or February.
