Instellen en bedienen van (handmatige en automatische) zeefdrukmachines

Orders voorbereiden: controleren van drukfilms, inkten en materialen

Proefdrukken maken en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren

Overleggen met collega’s van werkvoorbereiding, productie en logistiek

Meedenken over verbeteringen in proces, snelheid en duurzaamheid

Wij zijn een groeiende webshop, georganiseerd als coöperatie. Dat betekent: geen hiërarchie, maar gezamenlijke zeggenschap, gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid en een eerlijke verdeling van de opbrengst.

Waar staan we nu?

We begonnen met €5.000 startkapitaal. Inmiddels draaien we ruim €50.000 omzet per jaar.

Ons doel is om binnen enkele jaren toe te groeien naar een volwaardig inkomen voor meerdere deelnemers.

Daarom zoeken we versterking: geen werknemers of vrijwilligers, maar partners die verantwoordelijkheid willen dragen en willen meebouwen aan duurzame groei.

Hoe werkt het concreet?

• We zijn een coöperatie (economische vereniging)
• Als partner word je lid met gelijk stemrecht en gelijke zeggenschap
• Belangrijke besluiten nemen we gezamenlijk, op basis van overleg en consensus
• Geen financiële investering nodig
• Winst wordt gelijk verdeeld op basis van gewerkte uren

• Minimale inzet: 6 uur per week
• Start met een proefperiode van 3 maanden; bij wederzijdse tevredenheid word je volwaardig lid

We geloven in persoonlijke autonomie: iedereen draagt op hun eigen manier bij aan onze gezamenlijke doelen, met steun van de groep.

Belangrijk om te weten: de huidige winst is nog niet voldoende om van te leven. We bouwen dit project voorlopig parttime op naast studie of ander werk. We zoeken daarom mensen die ruimte hebben om dit samen verder uit te bouwen.

Wat kun je doen?

Taken stemmen we af op jouw interesses en kwaliteiten. Denk aan:

• Logistiek (verzenden, voorraadbeheer)

Especially during the busy summer period, “overview” is the magic word. We work with clear goals, prioritizing a smooth process and a safe workplace. Bottlenecks are resolved immediately, and the team stays motivated through effective coaching. This way, everyone performs at their best in a dynamic environment.

You will be working on a two-shift schedule. Your working hours are:

• morning shift: 7:00 AM – 2:45 PM
• evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:45 PM

where will you work
At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.

There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during your break. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people along the way!
