Als Lead Transportation Planning op de afdeling Operations Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle pakketjes die het magazijn uitgaan. Je komt te werken in de operationele controleroom van Coolblue, een snel groeiende afdeling. Jij coacht, motiveert en geeft sturing aan jouw team. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elk pakketje dat vandaag besteld is, morgen bij de klant in huis is. Je waarborgt de capaciteit, met oog op de langere termijn. Dit doe je door vrachtcapaciteit te monitoren en te schakelen met interne en externe stakeholders. Dit vind je leuk om te doen Verantwoordelijk te zijn voor een team van planners. Je team motiveren, coachen en beter maken.Incidenten management. Je houdt alle stakeholders op de hoogte en geeft operationele sturing.Duidelijke periodieke rapportages en overzichten maken. Je behaalt iedere dag de optimale beladingsgraad.Zelfstandig weloverwogen keuzes maken, zodat je het beste uit het operationele netwerk van Coolblue haalt.Uitwerken en implementeren van nieuwe processen. Hier herken jij jezelf in Hbo of wo werk- en -denkniveau.2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met leidinggeven en de drive om andere beter te maken.Goed in het communiceren op verschillende niveaus.Niet snel van je stuk te brengen. What will you do
Get ready for a dynamic day! You’ll be the master of the warehouse schedule, making sure every order is printed and every container is booked. You’ll manage the transport (experience with Europe and the Middle East? That's a win!), keep the stock of pallets and boxes full, and lead the warehouse planning. And hey, you’re a team player: when a container arrives or it’s super busy, you’re right there with your colleagues to help unload or pick orders!

As a logistics coordinator, you must meet the following requirements:
- you have experience in a managerial role within logistics (or a similar sector)
- you excel at planning and organizing
- you learn quickly how to work with new systems
- you are available full-time during the months of June, July, and August
- you are able to work with targets and deadlines
- you are available full-time for two-shift work
what will you do
As a logistics coordinator, you start your day with a meeting with the team leaders. During this meeting, you explain what is expected of them for the day. This ensures everyone knows where the focus lies. If a problem arises, you immediately come up with a smart and appropriate solution. You adapt quickly in our busy warehouse. During the summer months, things really get hectic, but that’s no problem for you! You’re good at staying calm and keeping a clear overview. Working safely is the most important rule in our warehouse. Every day, you support the teams with coaching and assistance. This helps us all get a little better every day. Together, we make sure all the textbooks are ready for the new school year!
You’ll work in a two-shift rotation; the work hours are:
morning shift: 7:00 AM – 2:45 PM
evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:45 PM
Additional responsibilities will include:
- motivating and supporting your team to maximize productivity
- ensuring safety in the workplace
- ensuring an efficient and structured logistics workflow
- resolving bottlenecks and responding quickly to operational challenges
- monitoring progress and achieving set goals

where will you work
At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.
There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during your break. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people along the way!
