Wie ben jij
Je bent een ster in communiceren en blijft altijd positief, ook als het druk is. Voor deze rol als Customer Service Medewerker is het volgende belangrijk:

• Je hebt werk- en denkniveau op MBO niveau of hoger;
• Je hebt al ervaring met logistiek en internationale klantenservice;
• Je spreekt en schrijft goed Engels;
• Je bent handig met ERP-systemen;
• Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar

Wat ga je doen
Je zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt! Als eerste aanspreekpunt help je klanten via mail, telefoon en chat. Je regelt orders, lost klachten op en denkt mee over hoe het nóg beter kan. Jouw werkplezier? Dat zit in het contact met mensen en het oplossen van puzzels. Zo ga je:

• Orders en retouren beheren als een pro;
• Samenwerken met het magazijn zodat goederen op tijd vertrekken;
• Rapportages maken en de KPI's in de gaten houden.

Waar ga je werken
Je komt terecht in het Customer Service Team. Start je bij een nieuwe klant of bij een bestaand account? Bij allebei word je met open armen ontvangen door je nieuwe collega's! De sfeer is internationaal, professioneel, maar vooral erg gezellig! #MKB

Who you are
You love solving puzzles and you're always one step ahead. To thrive as the Customer Service Representative, you bring

• A MBO degree thinking level;
• A good command of the English language;
• Proven experience in logistics and/or customer service;
• Skills with MS Office and Warehouse Management System;
• Ambition to go for the best!

What will you do
You’re the heartbeat of the operation! As a Customer Service Representative, you manage everything from a simple order to complex logistics challenges. You’ll be working in an organized and structured way to keep the warehouse and the client in perfect sync.

• Being the "voice of the company" for international clients via phone and mail.
• Turning complex orders into smooth deliveries.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to hit those deadlines.
• Analyzing KPIs to keep the service level at an all-time high.
