In de rol van Officer Warehouse speel je een essentiële rol in het beheer van de goederenstromen en zorg je voor een efficiënte en correcte administratieve opvolging.

• Je hebt een sterke administratieve achtergrond en affiniteit met logistiek.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
• Klantgerichtheid en communicatie zijn jouw sterke punten.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, klanten en interne teams en draagt bij aan een vlotte werking binnen het warehouse met de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ondersteunen van de logistiek coördinator bij de verwerking van inslag- en uitslagorders.
• Beheren van de voorraad en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
• Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten over de bestaande stock en orders
• Efficiënte verwerking en opvolging van inkomende e-mails.
• Communiceren met klanten en vervoerders om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
• Ontvangen en begeleiden van nationale en internationale chauffeurs aan het loket, inclusief het verstrekken van de benodigde documentatie.

Als administratief logistiek medewerker ben je de spil tussen de werkvloer en de administratieve verwerking van de goederen. Op jou zijn onderstaande kenmerken van toepassing:

• Je hebt administratieve ervaring en hebt affiniteit met logistiek
• Je werkt nauwkeurig
• Je blijft overzicht houden, ook als het druk is
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

In de rol van administratief logistiek medewerker ga je:

• coderen van documenten
• periodieke rapportages maken
• (inter)nationale chauffeurs te woord staan en de benodigde documenten verstrekken
• dossiers in orde maken en archiveren
• doorgroei kansen zoals een officer functie. Als officer heb je ook klantcontact en behandel je klachten (intern en extern)
