Geen dag is hetzelfde, in een notendop ga je dit doen: Aansturen van de technische uitontwikkeling van grote, complexe (woning)bouwprojecten. Samenwerken met en sturing geven aan projectteams van opdrachtgevers, projectontwikkelaars en corporaties. Begeleiden en in goede banen leiden van aanbestedingen, tenders en bouwteams. Bewaken van en strak sturen op de planning, financiën en de hoogste technische kwaliteit. Anticiperen op uitdagingen en deze proactief omzetten in technische en creatieve oplossingen. Wie ben jij? We zoeken een resultaatgerichte professional met een scherpe, analytische blik en een passie voor de bouw. Je bent een ster in samenwerken, flexibel en communiceert altijd helder. Verder breng je mee: Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde. Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in de bouw, waarvan zeker 5 jaar als technisch projectmanager. Een ijzersterke grip op afspraken, planningen, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen. Een sterke voorkeur voor ervaring met gestapelde woningbouw en complexe binnenstedelijke projecten. Salary: €235.000 - 240.000 per year Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Experience assisting in management of cross-functional teams is a plus. Basic to intermediate understanding of software development, backend systems, APIs, AI features, blockchain, smart contracts, tokenomics, and IoT device workflows. Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com; ability to effectively track tasks, deadlines, and progress. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Comfortable facilitating discussions between software engineers, AI developers, blockchain engineers, IoT technicians, product teams, and leadership stakeholders. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify problems, address obstacles, propose creative solutions, and be proactive in ensuring smooth project execution. Responsibilities: - Support project planning and coordination: assist the Lead PM in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and tasks are executed efficiently; facilitate stakeholder communication to maintain alignment. Technical team coordination: support communication between software developers, AI engineers, blockchain developers, and IoT technicians to keep technical workstreams aligned. Requirement clarification: assist in converting product goals into actionable technical requirements, user stories, milestones, and task priorities for development teams. Track project progress: regularly monitor ongoing projects and report updates to the Lead PM; track key milestones, deliverables, and potential roadblocks to keep projects on track and within scope. Integration tracking: monitor dependencies between the application, backend infrastructure, AI modules, blockchain components, APIs, and IoT device communication systems to help ensure smooth product integration. Risk management: assist the Lead PM in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to timelines, resources, and deliverables; help create contingency plans. Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, and status reports; provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resource management: assist in coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring appropriate team allocation to meet deadlines. Assist in Agile development: work with the Lead PM to facilitate Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews; support maintenance of an Agile workflow and necessary adjustments. As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will be right on the floor to tackle technical challenges firsthand. You’ll be based primarily in Assen, with occasional travel to the Groningen office.

In this role, you will report to the IT Operations Manager, while receiving day-to-day guidance from the IT Team Lead. For technical advice, coaching, and support, you can always count on the IT Operations Manager, Senior Engineers, and your IT team members.

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT tickets and technical requests from colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Microsoft Windows desktop environments and user applications.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy IT hardware.
• Support software deployments and participate in exciting IT project implementations.
• Ensure full compliance with IT governance standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
