Je houdt in de gaten of het werk volgens planning verloopt, bewaakt de kwaliteit en bent een aanspreekpunt voor je collega's.Je werkt actief mee, maar kijkt ondertussen ook naar het grotere geheel. Wanneer een collega hulp nodig heeft, een controle uitgevoerd moet worden of de Line Lead er niet is, weet jij wat je moet doen.
