Als Procesoperator Technical Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van het automatische orderpickproces in een technisch uitdagende omgeving. Je monitort continu procesparameters, lost technische storingen op en voert preventief onderhoud uit aan het orderpicksysteem. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om verstoringen snel te verhelpen en verbeteringen door te voeren. • Monitoren en controleren van het logistieke orderpickproces en waar nodig direct ingrijpen om continuïteit te waarborgen.
• Oplossen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan het automatisch orderpick-systeem (Vanderlande Adapto).
• Analyseren van procesgegevens, signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen doen voor concrete procesverbeteringen.

• Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in procestechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting.

As a Machine Operator, you are an essential part of the production process. You ensure that machines run smoothly, production targets are achieved, and quality standards remain high.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines
• Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and technical issues
• Performing product and mold changes
• Carrying out daily quality inspections and production checks
• Working according to quality, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
• Participating in daily shift handovers and team meetings with the Shift Leader

You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:

• 2 morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00
• 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 22:00
• 2 night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00
• Followed by 4 days off
