FunctieomschrijvingBen jij die ervaren, allround maintenance engineer die verstand heeft van elektra, mechanica, hydraulische en pneumatische aandrijvingen én op zoek is naar afwisselend werk? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou! Voor een bedrijf in de regio Venlo zijn we op zoek naar een onderhouds- en storingsmonteur of Medewerker Technische Dienst. In deze functie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het gehele machinepark. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in warmte- en oppervlakte behandelingen en het machinepark bestaat dan ook uit moderne, verschillende, hightech ovens. Je werkzaamheden zijn dan ook heel divers: naast het ingeplande onderhoud wordt jij tijdens jouw dienst ook gebeld voor storingen. Aan jou de taak deze op te sporen en op te lossen. Omdat de ovens allemaal verschillend zijn, zijn deze processen ook anders en moet je constant je eigen kennis op verschillende vlakken aanspreken. Daarnaast houdt je je bezig met preventief en correctief onderhoud, en ga je systematisch op zoek naar de oorzaak van storingen en de oplossingen hiervan. Je twee belangrijkste taken zijn: Het verrichten van preventief en correctief onderhoud; Het systematisch zoeken naar de oorzaak van storingen en oplossen daarvan. Daarnaast wordt je intern opgeleid om je technische kennis te blijven ontwikkelen. Mocht je zelf graag een specifieke, werk gerelateerde cursus willen volgen is dit ook mogelijk - initiatief wordt gewaardeerd! Je komt terecht in een wat jonger team, dus het is fijn als jij al wat meer senioriteit meebrengt en deze rol kan aannemen.. Onderling wordt er Nederlands (/dialect) gesproken maar als je daarnaast Engels en Duits spreekt is dit voordelig. Werktijden : Er wordt gewerkt in twee ploegen (06:00 -14:15 en 14:00 - 22:15 uur) en om de zoveel weken draai je storingsdiensten. Zo'n dienst loopt van maandag tot en met maandag en bij storingen buiten werktijd (sommige oven processen blijven doorlopen) wordt jij gebeld. Hiervoor ontvang je natuurlijk een storingstoeslag en wanneer je wordt opgeroepen per uur uitbetaald. Functie-eisen Een afgeronde, relevante MBO opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouw, Electro of Mechatronica); Je hebt al redelijk wat relevante werkervaring binnen een TD in een productiebedrijf en neemt een meer Senior rol aan; Als je kennis hebt van vacuum- en elektrotechniek heb je een streepje voor; Goede spreek-, lees-, en schrijfvaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is daarnaast ook belangrijk; Het is voor jou geen probleem om in ploegendienst te werken en op termijn storingsdienst te draaien. What will be your role?As a Field Service Engineer, you install, commission, service, and troubleshoot our systems at customers' sites, primarily across Europe and occasionally in the USA or Asia. You are the first point of contact for technical support and advice and, where applicable, carry out preventive maintenance under service agreements.
