Wat je gaat doen

Als HR support officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze HR-administratie. Je verwerkt personeelswijzigingen in AFAS, zoals in- en uitdiensttredingen, contractwijzigingen en verlofaanvragen. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige vastlegging in het digitale personeelsdossier en een zorgvuldige afhandeling van processen. Daarnaast denk je mee over het efficiënter inrichten van workflows en ondersteun je de salarisadministratie waar nodig.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen over HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen, zoals verlof, werkgeversverklaringen en reiskosten. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van 8 HR-professionals en zorgt ervoor dat de HR-processen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Samen creëren jullie een betrouwbare en professionele ondersteuning voor de organisatie, waarbij jouw oog voor detail en servicegerichte aanpak centraal staan.

Wat we je bieden

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.150,- (bij 40 uur per week), afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis.

• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in personeelsadministratie.
• Bekend met AFAS (Profit) en Excel.
• Mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau, richting HRM of administratie.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

In deze functie ligt jouw focus op de administratieve HR-ondersteuning. . Jouw takenpakket is lekker gevarieerd:

• Urenregistratie: Je ondersteunt bij het beheer en de verwerking van de uren in Dyflexis.

Waar ga je werken
Je komt terecht bij een internationaal productiebedrijf in Zeeland. Binnen de organisatie heerst een dynamische, no-nonsense cultuur met korte lijnen en een warme, informele sfeer. • Verwerken van mutaties in het HR-systeem Workday;

Wie ben jij
Jij bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief ijzersterk. Je bent iemand die gemakkelijk schakelt met verschillende collega's en graag eigen initiatief toont.

• Je hebt minimaal een MBO-diploma (bij voorkeur richting HR). 🎓
• Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare HR-ondersteunende rol. ⏱️
• Je hebt uitstekende kennis van administratieve HR-processen en bent handig met Excel. 💻
• Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. 🇳🇱
• Je bent 24 uur per week beschikbaar en kunt iig op donderdag (en bij voorkeur nog een extra dag) fysiek op kantoor in Aalsmeer werken. 🗓️

Wat ga je doen
Als HR Support Medewerker op het HR Service Center ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen. Jij zorgt er achter de schermen voor dat de hele 'employee journey' administratief op rolletjes loopt!

• Vraagbaak: Je beantwoordt uiteenlopende HR-vragen in de 1e lijn (via telefoon en mail) én pakt de complexere vraagstukken in de 2e lijn op. 📞✉️
• Administratieve held: Je verwerkt alle mutaties rondom indiensttreding, verlof, leaseregelingen, opleidingen en uitdiensttreding. ✍️
• Samenwerken: Je stemt mutaties accuraat af met je collega's van de salarisadministratie. 🤝
• Rapportages: Je verzorgt diverse HR- en managementrapportages in Excel. 📊
• Procesverbetering: Je denkt actief mee over het digitaliseren en efficiënter maken van de HR-processen. 💡

Je komt te werken op de vestiging in Aalsmeer bij een indrukwekkende en wereldwijd bekende logistieke en handelsorganisatie in de sierteelt. Binnen het HR Service Center werk je in een professioneel, maar gezellig team. De sfeer is open, de lijnen zijn kort en er is veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over procesverbeteringen. ✨
