Over de baan Hof van Saksen biedt jou een stage aan op de afdeling Food and Beverage. Je leert alles over het reilen en zeilen van de afdeling F&B op dit resort. Je loopt mee in de vijf restaurant die Hof van Saksen heeft, om zo een goed beeld te krijgen van wat F&B inhoudt op een vakantieresort. Je biedt ondersteuning aan het gehele F&B Management team en krijgt veelzijdige opdrachten om uit te voeren. Wat je gaat doen Verantwoordelijk voor de orde en netheid op de verschillende afdelingen; Contactpersoon voor Receptie en gasten voor restaurant reserveringen en vragen; Meedraaien op de werkvloer, maar ook ondersteuning vanachter het bureau; Bij afwezigheid van restaurant manager kun je als aanspreekpunt/waarnemend RM worden ingezet. Aanspreekpunt/vraagbaak voor F&B medewerkers voor bijvoorbeeld kleding, ziekmeldingen en dagdagelijkse zaken. Verzorgen van analyses van gast enquêtes (via ons enquête systeem, Amplixs); Vergaderingen bijwonen en notuleren; Tevens werk je volgens een flexibel rooster waaronder in de avonduren, weekenden en feestdagen Wie je bent Je volgt een HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur Hospitality Management. Je hebt een passie voor horeca, recreatie en/of evenementen Je bent minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar, maar bij voorkeur 10 maanden, vanaf september 2025 Je bent communicatief sterk, neemt initiatief en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken Wat we je bieden Stagelopen bij Hof van Saksen biedt je een schat aan voordelen. Document test conditions, observations, results, equipment settings, and relevant technical details accurately and consistently. Coordinate with senior colleagues, engineering, sales, and application specialists to understand test objectives and priorities. Help maintain the lab in a clean, organized, safe, and audit-ready condition. Execute basic maintenance tasks on the lab and demo equipment. Conduct basic training sessions for both internal teams and external customers Assist with tracking lab supplies, consumables, tools, and equipment readiness, escalating needs for replenishment or maintenance. Contribute to basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during tests, escalating complex issues as appropriate. Develop product and application knowledge across relevant Nordson ICS product lines. Support preparation of test summaries, customer-facing information, and internal updates as requested. Skills and Qualifications Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent technical training in engineering, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or a related technical discipline preferred. 0–2 years of experience in a technical, laboratory, manufacturing, service, engineering, or customer-support environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to document technical information accurately and consistently. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customer-facing personnel. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Analytical mindset with basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies, products, and applications. English language skills required; German or additional European language skills are considered an advantage. Exposure to automation, electrical systems, robot programming, or powder finishing applications is beneficial but not required. Travel Occasional travel within Europe may be required to support customer demonstrations, training activities, and business needs.
