Over de vacature

Description Do you want to get to know large multinationals and advise them on complex tax matters? Are you looking for a role in which you translate international laws and regulations into concrete advice within a dynamic team?

As a Consultant Transfer Pricing, you determine how profits are allocated across the entities of a multinational, based on the added value within the value chain. You interview management, analyse financial statements, organisational structures and agreements, and dive into industry reports. You work in an international and dynamic team, divided across three disciplines: Middle Market Public Sector (MMPS), International Tax Services (ITS) and Financial Services (FS).

This is what you'll do

You'll be part of an international and informal team that plays a key role between client, tax authorities and society. Together, you work in a field that is continuously evolving and receives significant public attention.

As a consultant, you have a varied role with plenty of freedom and responsibility. You work in changing client teams for multinationals (ITS), financial institutions (FS) and family-owned and private businesses (MMPS). You advise (listed) international companies on complex tax matters, think along with financial institutions on interest and transaction structures, and support family businesses with their growth ambitions and succession planning.

  • Advise clients on transfer pricing and support them with the implementation, in collaboration with other PwC teams;
  • Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate your advice, for example on restructurings and transfers of intellectual property;
  • Conduct interviews with clients about their earnings, operational and organisational models;
  • Draft memos and reports in which you document your analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology;
  • Stay up to date on international developments and share these during technical team meetings.

You recognize yourself in this

You are an ambitious and curious professional with an analytical mindset. You easily build relationships with clients and colleagues, and adapt smoothly to a dynamic environment. In addition:

  • You hold a Master's degree in tax law, tax economics or an economic, financial or business-related field;
  • You are analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers;
  • You are interested in the business world and the industries in which our clients operate;
  • Your Dutch and/or English speaking and writing skills are at a high level;
  • You have an affinity with digital tools and the ambition to become 'digitally savvy'.

What we offer

At PwC, you get the opportunity to be yourself, bring out the best in yourself within a high-performance organisation and grow within our global network. We offer you, among other things:

  • A competitive salary, an attractive pension scheme and the opportunity to grow quickly;
  • Tailor-made training programmes focused on professional growth and leadership development;
  • A motivating work environment where collaboration with ambitious colleagues and recognition for your contributions are highly valued;
  • Extensive benefits including a 'well-being budget' for your physical and mental health;
  • You work at the client's site and in the office, with the flexibility of hybrid working where possible;
  • An ergonomic home workspace and a net expense allowance for internet and other costs;
  • Attractive mobility options, including an electric lease car, a cash-for-car allowance and access to various shared mobility providers;
  • 29 holiday days per year;
  • Nice extras such as various informal company activities;
  • YoungPwC: a network where young employees get the chance to connect and exchange knowledge. The experience and tips of their colleagues are of great value to young PwC professionals and help them realise their ambitions within PwC.

“Aviation is what we breathe. It's our past, present, and future." Are you ready to join an innovative, specialized team with global impact?

Over het bedrijf

Fokker Techniek specializes in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, handling everything from minor repairs to extensive inspections under EASA's Design Organisation Approval (DOA). Fokker Techniek can manage the complete design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing. With a focus on quality and innovation, Fokker is a leader in aviation maintenance and technology.

Over de functie

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

Wie ben jij?

  • Hold an EASA AML B1.3 (civil) and/or you have extensive NH90 experience
  • Able to perform base maintenance checks
  • Have a comprehensive logbook with documented experience.
  • Strong in technical English communication.
  • Solution-oriented, with effective team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • You are keen to enter into a long employment relationship where you can develop as a professional. To be clear: this role is therefore not a contractor opportunity.

What's in it for you

  • Competitive Salary: Earn between €4300 and €4500 per month, based on your type ratings and experience. Note: we are fully transparent in what you will earn, so there are no unexpected surprises. We indicate exactly what you will have left in your pocket each month to spend freely after all expenses.
  • Path to Permanent Employment: Start with a one-year contract at WFS PRO, with the potential for a permanent role at Fokker Techniek.
  • Professional Development: Gain access to training and support tailored to enhance your skills and accelerate your career. We also introduce you to the Dutch language through an online language course, sponsored by WFS PRO.
  • Relocation assistance, allowance and housing: We give you clear insight to the relocation process and ensure a smooth transition to the Netherlands. We'll also help arrange your accommodation, making your move seamless. On top of that, you get a relocation allowance of up to € 2500 (single) or up to € 5000 (families) for moving to the Netherlands.
  • Tax Benefits: Receive tax breaks or other financial benefits for the first 5 years.
  • Additional Financial Benefits: You get a travel allowance for car and bike: €0,23 per kilometer (from 10km), an 8% holiday allowance, also, your salary increases each year (CLA increase and performance bonus) and you have the possibility to convert ADV-days in additional income (up to 2% up to gross salary).
  • Discounted or Free options: You get access to fitness facilities at a reduced rate and free access to GoodHabitz, with more than 1000 lessons to improve yourself.
