wie ben jij
Je zorgt ervoor dat het pand en het magazijn altijd veilig en schoon zijn. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe leveranciers en lost problemen snel op.

• Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Facility Management of Techniek afgerond
• Je hebt ervaring met gebouwbeheer in de logistiek of productie
• Je hebt kennis van gebouwsystemen zoals HVAC, elektra en brandveiligheid
• Je kunt goed werken met MS Office en facilitaire softwaresystemen (CAFM/CMMS)
• Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels

wat ga je doen
Als Facilitaire Coördinator zorg je dat het magazijn en de kantoren elke dag perfect draaien. Je controleert het gebouw, stuurt schoonmakers en technici aan en zorgt dat alle veiligheidskeuringen op orde zijn. Ook beheer je het wagenpark en bestel je spullen voor de kantine en EHBO.

• Het controleren van het gebouw en oplossen van storingen
• Het aansturen en controleren van externe contractanten en leveranciers
• Het regelen van schoonmaak, afvalverwerking en beveiliging
• Het bijhouden van veiligheidscertificaten en brandveiligheidseisen
• Het beheren van de bedrijfsauto's en facilitaire voorraden
• Het controleren van facturen en het bijhouden van de administratie

To keep the warehouse running smoothly as a warehouse employee, the following requirements apply:

• You are 18 years or older
• You are physically able to stand for 8 hours a day
• You speak English
• You are available full-time

what will you do
As a warehouse employee, you'll be working in the modern warehouse of Healthlink Europe B.V. in Waalwijk. From this facility, various medical products are shipped out daily. It’s important to deal with these products with care and precision. The work is not physically demanding and the warehouse is clean and well-organized. Our warehouse consists of several departments where you may be assigned to work.

• Processing incoming goods
• Sorting goods for the correct transport flows
• Loading orders to ensure excellent service
• Working as part of a smoothly operating team
• Keeping the workspace clean and tidy

where will you work
You will be working as a warehouse employee handling medical devices. The warehouse has been in operation for five years and consists of five halls with different processes. Medical products are prepared here for shipment to hospitals and patients around the world. This company serves around 150 different clients, and as a logistics employee, you will play an important role in that process.

The team consists of around 90 colleagues, creating an informal atmosphere. Healthlink Europe B.V. is known for its short lines of communication. You’ll have direct contact with warehouse coordinators and your supervisor. Because you’ll be working in a small team, there’s more room for personal attention. No experience yet? No problem. During your work as a warehouse employee, you’ll be assigned a buddy who will guide you through the whole process.
