Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat

Binnen het team Assetstrategie & Beleid werk je aan het versterken van de continuïteit en veiligheid van onze drinkwatervoorziening. Je ontwikkelt beleid voor voldoende weerbaarheid van de drinkwatervoorziening tegen alle mogelijke dreigingen zoals: natuurrampen, ketenafhankelijkheid en ook intentionele en accidentiele risico’s die de drinkwatervoorziening kunnen verstoren. Je zorgt ervoor dat ons beleid goed aansluit op onze strategie én uitvoerbaar is in de praktijk. Naast beleidsvormer ben je als bewaker betrokken bij de planvorming, projectrealisatie en implementatie van deze beleidsvelden.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• ontwikkelen en implementeren van securitybeleid op het gebied van fysieke security waarmee wij onze infrastructuur beveiligen voor onze kantoren en productielocaties;
• mede opstellen van baselines en standaarden ten behoeve van de assetrealisatie; het bepalen van de uiteindelijk te nemen weerbaarheidsmaatregelen bij nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten;
• inregelen van het incidentmanagement en implementeren in de calamiteitenorganisatie in samenwerking met de Drinkwateroperatie;
• vertegenwoordigen van Vitens in landelijke stuurgroepen en commissies;
• afstemmen en overleggen binnen alle geledingen van de organisatie (van werkvloer tot bestuur); Je maakt onderdeel uit van de Vitens Security Board in de rol van Corporate Security Manager;
• leiden en begeleiden van overleggen en werksessies met collega’s.

Je komt terecht in een deskundig en betrokken team van 10–15 collega’s met uiteenlopende specialismen. Samen bouwen wij aan een robuuste infrastructuur en een toekomstbestendige organisatie.
