Je neemt eigenaarschap over alles wat je bouwt en werkt elke dag aan een beetje betere code.Wat doe je als Senior Algorithm Engineer bij Coolblue? Als Algorithm Engineer werk je aan slimme algoritmes die onze bezorgbussen zo efficiënt mogelijk laten rijden. Je ontwikkelt, verbetert en onderhoudt deze algoritmes samen met je team. Je staat dicht op de operatie, waardoor jouw oplossingen precies aansluiten bij wat er op de weg nodig is. Zo maak je direct impact op de bezorgdienst van Coolblue. Je werkt nauw samen met Data Scientists, Developers en de Product Owner. Je vertaalt business vragen naar slimme, praktische oplossingen. Op die manier maak je onze routeplanning elke dag een beetje beter. Als Prompt Engineer maak je onze chatbots slimmer en persoonlijker, zodat ze klanten vriendelijker en efficiënter helpen. Je stuurt LLM’s aan met slimme prompts en bouwt prototype agents in Python met LangChain. Je analyseert de modeloutput (natuurlijk ook met AI) en verbetert met je bevindingen de agent. Zo maak je onze chatbots elke dag een beetje beter.Wat doe je als Prompt Engineer bij Coolblue? Als Prompt Engineer ontwerp en bouw je slimme, conversationele klantreizen. Je maakt onze chatbots elke dag een beetje slimmer en sneller, zodat klanten beter geholpen worden. Jij schrijft de prompt, bouwt het prototype en checkt op grote schaal of de uitkomsten kloppen. Je werkt dagelijks aan het maken en verbeteren van multi-agent-setups. Daarbij gebruik je frameworks zoals LangChain. Je ontwikkelt prototypes en voert systematische evaluaties uit, bijvoorbeeld met evals en LLM-as-a-judge, om de kwaliteit en prestaties van de AI te meten. Je speurt naar manieren om chatbot-interacties natuurlijker en betrouwbaarder te maken. En je denkt actief mee over nieuwe toepassingen van AI binnen bestaande processen. Als toekomstig prompt engineer schrijf je natuurlijk jouw motivatiebrief met AI. Upload daarom geen brief, maar het prompt waarmee je die zou genereren. Zo krijgen wij alvast een voorproefje van je skills. Dit vind je leuk om te doen Intensief samenwerken met diverse domeinen om AI-toepassingen in hun vakgebied te ontdekken.Experimenteren met nieuwe generatieve AI-modellen van bijvoorbeeld OpenAI, Google en Anthropic.Waarde aantonen door prototypes te maken in Langchain.Systematisch uitkomsten evalueren door prompts niet 1 keer, maar 1000 keer automatisch te testen.Je kennis delen via demo’s, trainingen en als sparringpartner binnen Coolblue.
