Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gemotiveerde Storingsmonteur die graag kennis deelt, initiatief neemt en een team kan leiden in een dynamische productieomgeving. In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol bij het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering van machines, installaties en productielijnen. Je lost niet alleen technische storingen op, maar fungeert ook als mentor en rolmodel voor je collega’s. In nauwe samenwerking met het Hoofd Technische Diensten draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de onderhoudsafdeling.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en reparaties aan machines en productielijnen
• Storingen diagnosticeren en verhelpen om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken
• Deelnemen aan verbeter- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen productieprocessen
• Collega's opleiden en ondersteunen op het gebied van elektrotechniek en PLC-besturingen
• Bijhouden van onderhoudsdocumentatie in onderhoudsbeheersystemen (bijv. Ultimo)
• Toezien op naleving van kwaliteitsprocedures en ondersteunen bij het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers

Wat wij vragen

• Voltooide technische opleiding (MBO niveau 4) in elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als onderhouds- of storingsmonteur, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie
• Sterke elektrische kennis en het vermogen om technische storingen effectief te diagnosticeren en op te lossen
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het trainen en ondersteunen van collega’s
• Praktische instelling met een proactieve houding ten opzichte van uitdagingen en verbeterprojecten

As an Allround Worker, you play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You support operations by working with reachtruck and forklift equipment, assisting on the production line, preparing and repacking products, and handling basic computer tasks. Assignments vary based on daily workflow, giving you the chance to develop new skills and gain experience across different areas of the operation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily operations as assigned by the Team Leader- working within the warehouse as well as supporting the production line
• Working on the OG line and preparing products
• Repacking products from cartons
• Performing basic computer tasks and support work

Working days:

Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekends and you are working in 3-shift system

• Start times vary depending on the shift and teafor example morning shift might start at 06:00am, 08:00am, or 10:00am
