Wat ga je precies doen

Als evaluation assistant draag je bij aan het voorbereiden van evaluaties van geurstoffen en schoonmaakproducten volgens vastgestelde protocollen. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. De rol vraagt om een combinatie van zelfstandig werken en het ondersteunen van collega’s waar nodig. Je zult veel staan, lopen en tillen, dus een goede fysieke conditie is belangrijk.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Voorbereiden van wasproeven: je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen klaarstaan en gebruikt hiervoor zowel wasmachines als speciale apparaten voor handwas;
• Testen voorbereiden: je werkt met computergestuurde testcabines die de thuisomgeving nabootsen voor het testen van schoonmaakmiddelen en luchtverfrissers;
• Sorteren en wegen: je sorteert en weegt producten en materialen volgens de protocollen, zodat alles nauwkeurig en op tijd klaarstaat;
• Ondersteunen van collega’s: je springt bij waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij het leeghalen van machines, het spoelen van bakken of het organiseren van testopstellingen;
• Werken volgens protocollen: je volgt strikte richtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Functie-eisen

We zoeken een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde teamspeler die graag repeterend werk doet en fysiek actief is.

• Fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week);
• Ervaring met repeterende en nauwkeurige werkzaamheden;
• Basisvaardigheden in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Beheersing van Nederlands en basis Engels;
• Goede fysieke conditie voor staand werk en tillen.

As a shipping clerk, you are a vital link in the supply chain and warehouse operations. Together with a positive and energetic team, you ensure that finished orders are packed accurately, securely bound to pallets, and prepared for damage-free transit across the globe. You operate in a fast-paced environment with challenging targets, seamlessly shifting between physical warehouse tasks and system-based administrative tracking. Every day brings new challenges, offering you plenty of autonomy to manage your workload and contribute to operational success. Responsibilities

• Packing finished orders into correctly sized boxes and securing them safely onto pallets
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and clear assembly zone within the warehouse at all times
• Prepacking accessories in date order while verifying quantities and specific order instructions
• Checking logistics systems for any last-minute order modifications before final dispatch
• Processing shipments and booking European orders directly with transport carriers
• Preparing accurate shipping documentation and arranging labeled boxes for transport loading
• Operating in full compliance with the Known Consignor regulations for secure air freight

Requirements

• Relevant work experience within a logistics or shipping department
• Professional communication skills in the English language
• Self-managed, proactive, and collaborative approach to tasks
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if operational demand requires it
• Prior knowledge of logistics systems (such as Oracle, Kewill, or Blujay) is beneficial
• A valid Dutch forklift license is highly preferable
