Als Klantadviseur Schade bij KCD behandel je schademeldingen voor Interpolis Particulieren. Je helpt klanten na bijvoorbeeld een aanrijding, waterschade of stormschade aan hun woning en zorgt ervoor dat hun schade zorgvuldig en correct wordt afgehandeld.

Je krijgt de kans om je te ontwikkelen tot specialist in schadeverzekeringen. Je leert complexe schadedossiers analyseren, polisvoorwaarden toepassen en zelfstandig beoordelen of een schade binnen de dekking valt. Je start volledig op kantoor in Leeuwaarden, waar je gedurende je inwerktraject intensief wordt begeleid. Zodra je de functie zelfstandig beheerst en je resultaten op niveau zijn, ga je hybride werken en kun je maximaal 2 dagen per week vanuit huis werken.

De rol

Als Klantadviseur Schade bij KCD ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een schade melden of vragen hebben over hun schadeverzekering. Je luistert goed naar het verhaal van de klant, brengt de situatie in kaart en onderzoekt wat er nodig is om tot een passende oplossing te komen.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

• Beoordelen en behandelen van schademeldingen van klanten van Interpolis Particulieren;
• Analyseren van schadedossiers en het uitzoeken van relevante informatie;
• Toetsen van schades aan de geldende polisvoorwaarden;
• Zelfstandig beoordelen of een schade wel of niet onder de dekking valt;
• Klanten telefonisch uitleg geven over de beoordeling en afhandeling van hun schade;
• Complexe informatie op een duidelijke, begrijpelijke en empathische manier uitleggen;
• Klanten begeleiden tijdens het schadeproces en zorgen voor een passende oplossing;
• Wanneer nodig, klanten doorverbinden of doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdeling.

Naast het klantcontact werk je ook actief aan je eigen ontwikkeling en die van het team:

• Je ontvangt tijdens je inwerktraject intensieve begeleiding van een ervaren buddy;
• Je hebt regelmatig contact met een coach om je kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen;
• Je werkt samen met collega's en bespreekt complexe situaties en dossiers;
• Je ontvangt feedback en gebruikt deze om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen;
• Je leert steeds zelfstandiger schadedossiers beoordelen en afhandelen.

Tijdens je inwerktraject word je stap voor stap opgeleid tot Klantadviseur Schade. De eerste 5 weken volg je een fulltime opleiding op kantoor in Leeuwaarden, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. In deze periode leer je de systemen, processen en inhoud van de functie kennen en word je intensief begeleid door je buddy en collega's. We vragen je daarom om tijdens deze periode geen vakantie te plannen.

Zodra je de opleiding succesvol hebt afgerond en zelfstandig aan het werk kunt, ga je hybride werken. Je werkt dan maximaal 2 dagen per week vanuit huis en de overige dagen op kantoor in Leeuwaarden.

Dit krijg je

• Een bruto uurloon van €18,-;
• Een direct contract bij KCD;
• Een beschikbaarheid van minimaal 28 en maximaal 40 uur per week;
• Een intensief en volledig betaald inwerktraject van 5 weken op kantoor in Leeuwarden;

What will you be doing?

As a Tax Accounting & Tax Compliance Consultancy consultant, you advise and support companies in meeting their tax compliance and reporting obligations at national and international level. You do this by, among other things, setting up the internal financial and tax processes and identifying and implementing new technological solutions for the customer. With this you help companies to enable them to have their tax compliance and tax accounting in order.

You start in a broad role and you will work in an informal multidisciplinary team of accountants, tax specialists and data and technology specialists. These are your main responsibilities:

• You advise and support companies with regard to the optimization (automation) of tax and financial processes.
• In the first years of your career you are involved in the preparation of (complex) tax returns and the preparation/checking of the tax position in the annual accounts (Dutch Gaap / IFRS / US GAAP).
• You advise and support clients on tax accounting issues.
• Using data extraction and software solutions, you help customers make optimal use of their financial and tax data to meet their compliance and reporting obligations as quickly as possible (for example: corporate income tax return, Country-by-Country reporting).

As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in growing ACT’s presence in the UK & Dutch market by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and creating qualified introductions for our Account Management team.

This is a highly outbound-focused role and a strong opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop within sustainability and environmental markets.

In essence, your role involves:

• Drive outbound business development activities across the UK & Dutch market, identifying and engaging prospective corporate clients across a broad range of industries.

• Build new relationships through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting activities.

• Generate qualified meetings and introductions for Account Managers, supporting the development of new commercial opportunities.

• Work towards clear activity-based KPIs, with a strong focus on the number of outbound calls, conversations, and qualified meetings generated.

• Research prospective companies and key decision-makers to identify relevant opportunities and tailor outreach accordingly.

• Develop a strong understanding of ACT’s sustainability solutions and wider product portfolio to confidently introduce our capabilities to prospective clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely prospecting activity, lead information, and pipeline updates within ACT’s CRM and other internal platforms.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and other commercial teams to ensure strong lead handovers and effective follow-up.

• Build your understanding of sustainability markets, client challenges, and emerging commercial opportunities while developing your sales and business development skills.

  Your Expertise
  To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualities and attributes:

• Early-career commercial experience or a strong interest in developing a career in business development, sales, or sustainability.

• Fluent in Dutch

• A proactive and resilient approach to outbound sales, with the confidence to initiate conversations and engage new prospects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with corporate stakeholders.

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working towards measurable activity and performance targets.

• Curious and commercially minded, with an interest in understanding different industries, businesses, and their sustainability challenges.

• Organised and disciplined in managing prospecting activity, follow-ups, and CRM data.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where priorities and market opportunities can evolve quickly.

• Collaborative and eager to learn from colleagues across Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Trading, and other teams.

• An interest in sustainability, environmental markets, or the energy transition is beneficial, but previous industry experience is not required.
