Looking for a stable production job near Tilburg where you can learn the process step by step? As a production operator, you work in 3 shifts at a growing food company with a close team and clear working methods. You earn between €3.100,- and €3.500,- gross per month including shift allowance, and you get the chance to build a long-term future here. You do not need to know every workstation from day one. As a Production Employee you work on the complete production process in the Tilburg area. No day is exactly the same, because you are deployed across different workstations in production.Step by step you will get to know the process and carry out more tasks independently:
- Contributing to product changeovers and machine start-ups.
- Carrying out process and quality checks.
- Cleaning machines and workstations.
- Assisting with machine changeovers.
- Thinking along when solving small malfunctions.
- Working according to fixed recipes, processes and food safety guidelines.

who are you
Process monitoring and engineering are more than just a job to you: they are your passion. You recognize yourself in:
- minimum of an MBO Operator A or B qualification, OR at least 1 year of proven experience as an operator.
- experience setting up, operating, and converting production lines, with strong skills in interpreting process data.
- fluent in English or Dutch and open to working shift patterns.
what will you do
Every day is different. As the cornerstone of the production process, your main tasks include:
- monitor, adjust, and optimize the production process via control panels or directly on the line.
- change over and set up machinery and installations for various production runs.
- proactively identify, analyze, and independently resolve minor machine faults.
- conduct quality measurements and visual inspections to guarantee top-tier product standards.
- accurately log production data and downtime or system faults.

Who you are
You are a technical mind who stays calm under pressure, works meticulously, and enjoys bringing ideas to life in a complex technical environment.
- Experience: Relevant, proven experience as a process operator. You bring deep technical knowledge, quick learning agility, and the ability to work independently;
- Education: A VAPRO certification (or equivalent technical degree/MBO Level 3 in Process Technology) is preferred;
- Languages: Good command of English (spoken and written) is required. While speaking Dutch is a great advantage for smooth team communication, English-only speakers are very welcome to apply!;
- Certifications: A valid VCA safety certificate, or the willingness to obtain it with us;

As a Process Operator, you are the backbone of a stable, high-quality production run. Your day will be packed with variety and technical depth, including:
- Mastering the Tech: Operating, configuring, and monitoring our state-of-the-art, complex process installations;
- Proactive Problem Solving: Spotting process variations early, bringing your technical insight to the table, and adjusting parameters independently to keep things running smoothly;
- Maintenance & Quality Control: Carrying out first-line maintenance checks and precise quality inspections to ensure top-tier standards;
- Continuous Improvement: Bringing fresh ideas to optimize workflows using tools like 5S and Lean principles;
- Versatility: Crosstraining across multiple areas of the production process, keeping your day diverse and your skill set growing.
