As a Warehouse Team Leader in Soesterberg, you play a key role in managing a busy warehouse environment. Your day starts with a stand-up meeting where you set the tone for your team. You guide, coach, and motivate employees while focusing on LEAN working practices. You’re hands-on in coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and stepping in when adjustments are needed. Your responsibility is to ensure optimal personnel deployment, plan logistics for inbound and outbound goods using the WMS, and resolve operational issues as they arise. Compliance with legal and company standards, including RI&E, HACCP, and BRC, is part of your daily routine, as is participating in the emergency response structure. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will work during evening and night shifts. This allows you to learn the logistics processes and daily work on the floor. You will actively work in the warehouse and support the Team Leader with managing the team. During the 9 to 12-month traineeship, you will gradually get more responsibility.
