As a warehouse employee, you'll primarily work at night so the drivers can deliver their goods on time early in the morning. What will you do

As an order picker you will work in Timberland's large distribution center. Together with your colleagues, you will start your day with a nice cup of coffee. We need you in different departments, so you certainly won't get bored! 🚚 You are mainly concerned with order picking. You do this using an automated picking system. All orders come to you, fantastic!
But there are more departments. For example, you'll work in shipping, loading and unloading trucks. You put the boxes full of cool products on the conveyor belt and use your muscles to stack them neatly on pallets. 💪 And there is much more to do! 🌟 Beware. This is a heavy job!

As a forklift driver for FedEx Duiven, you recognize yourself in the following points:

  • You are at least 18 years old due to working with machines.
  • You are available at least 3 days per week.
  • You have a valid forelift centificat
  • You speak English or Dutch.
what will you do

As an forklift driver at FedEx in Duiven, you will work daily with pallets and goods. You are responsible for the safe movement of freight within the warehouse. First, you'll scan the pallets with incoming goods. Then, you'll take them to the scale to be weighed. Afterward, you will place the weighed pallets in the correct spot, ready for shipping. This ensures the warehouse remains organized.

It's important to note that you won't be solely driving the forklift. You will also contribute to order picking and helping out in the warehouse.

  • You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) that goes back till 3 years.
  • You have a recent CV detailing your work history on a monthly basis for the past five years.
  • You can provide two references to FedEx.
where will you work

You will be working as an forklift driver at FedEx in Duiven. FedEx is one of the world's largest providers of logistics and courier services by land, sea, and air. A staggering 4.4 million packages, documents, and freight are sent to 200 countries every week. This is the distribution center where all the packages come together. From here, the trucks are loaded with new shipments and head back out for delivery.

  • The working hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • The shift allowances are: 20% per hour worked from 9:00 PM to midnight.
  • 30% per hour worked from midnight to 6:00 AM.

What will you do

  • Workdays are Monday till Friday.
  • Work is done in two shifts: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–12:00 AM.
Where will you work

As a logistics employee at DSV, you will work in a large warehouse at Popeweg 50 in Venlo. The location is easily accessible with your own car, scooter, or bike.
It's important that you are flexible, as you may occasionally be deployed to other locations.
You'll join a great team where a positive atmosphere is key. Breaks are the perfect time to chat or play a game together. Plus, there is always a team leader on the floor to whom you can ask any questions.
