who are you
You have a technical drive and enjoy working in a high-tech environment. You meet the following requirements:

• MBO 4 degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
• Or more then 1 year of precision engineering experience
• You speak and write English fluently
• You can work in a 2-shift operation
• You live in or near Veldhoven

what will you do
As a High Precision Dismantle Technician, you play a vital role in the EUV Factory. Your day starts with a team briefing to ensure all safety and quality standards are met before you dive into the complex world of EUV Scanners. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every module is handled with the highest precision.

• Disassemble parts and modules safely
• Maintain an orderly and safe workplace
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Suggest process improvements
• Report progress and escalate issues
• Acquire and share technical knowledge
• Train and support your colleagues
• Follow strict assembly procedures

where will you work
You will be working at ASML in Veldhoven within the EUV Factory manufacturing department. This is a clean, high-tech environment where you collaborate with top professionals to push the boundaries of innovation. Your day is fast-paced and varied, balancing 60% assembly time with 40% rigorous testing. You enjoy maintaining a tidy, high-tech workspace where your precision directly impacts the final product.

• Assemble and adjust complex (sub) modules
• Test products using specialized equipment
• Perform leak and High Voltage testing
• Clean delicate high-tech surfaces
• Solve technical problems during assembly
• Update logbooks and documentation in SAP
• Improve safety and cycle time processes
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team

You will join the Operations EUV department, which is responsible for the production and installation of advanced lithography machines. Your 5-shift schedule consists of 6 working days (2 mornings, 2 evenings, 2 nights) followed by 4 days off, giving you a great balance. You make sure the world's leading technology stays on track!

• Swap internal machine tooling
• Manage tool lending and returns
• Transport equipment to clean-room cabins
• Maintain inventory to prevent disruptions
• Unpack and clean materials to specs
• Manage SAP system and log records
• Pick orders and transport supplies
• Perform quality checks on specialized tools
