In een ziekenhuis kan een deur die niet goed sluit niet dagen blijven wachten. Hetzelfde geldt voor een kapot raam, beschadigd hang- en sluitwerk of een bouwkundige storing. Jij onderzoekt wat er aan de hand is en zorgt dat het wordt opgelost.

Als timmerman service en onderhoud werk je op één vaste locatie bij het UMC Utrecht. Je verdient tussen € 3.400 en € 4.250 bruto per maand en rijdt niet iedere dag door de hele regio.

Wat je gaat doen

Je voert onderhoud en reparaties uit in behandelruimtes, kantoren en algemene ruimtes. Daarbij houd je rekening met patiënten, bezoekers en zorgmedewerkers die hun werk gewoon moeten kunnen blijven doen.

De werkzaamheden komen binnen via servicebonnen. Je beoordeelt de situatie, voert de reparatie uit en registreert wat je hebt gedaan. Omdat je op een vaste locatie werkt, leer je het gebouw en de mensen steeds beter kennen.

Jouw werkzaamheden

• Uitvoeren van onderhoud in behandelruimtes, kantoren en algemene ruimtes.
• Oplossen van storingen en repareren van bouwkundige onderdelen.
• Herstellen van hang- en sluitwerk, afhangen van deuren en afstellen van ramen.
• Zelfstandig oppakken en afronden van servicebonnen op locatie.
• Vastleggen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via de digitale werkbon.

Wie ben jij?

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als servicetimmerman binnen onderhoud of servicewerk.
• Representatief en prettig in de omgang met patiënten, bezoekers en zorgpersoneel.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, levert verzorgd werk af en kunt bouwtekeningen lezen.
• Rijbewijs B en een VCA-certificaat, of bereid om het VCA te behalen.
• Woonachtig in Utrecht of de directe omgeving.
