Als projectmanager techniek werk je aan uitdagende internationale projecten binnen de hightech maakindustrie. Vanuit onze locatie in Sneek ben je betrokken bij het realiseren van projecten rondom turbine- en compressorbladen, van engineering tot oplevering. In de beginfase combineer je projectmanagement met design engineering, zodat je onze technologie en processen grondig leert kennen. Vervolgens groei je door naar een zelfstandige projectmanager met verantwoordelijkheid voor technische, financiële en logistieke aspecten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit engineering, productie en supply chain in een dynamische en technische omgeving.
Wat je gaat doen:
- leiden en realiseren: van projecten, van offerte tot oplevering bij internationale klanten;
- technisch afstemmen: met engineering, operations, toeleveranciers en klanten om tot de beste oplossingen te komen;
- plannen en begeleiden: aansturen van projectteamleden en bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en budget;
- coördineren van supply chain: beheren van materiaalstromen, productieplanning en capaciteit;
- evalueren en verbeteren: implementeren van verbeteringen op basis van lessons learned.

Dit ben jij
Wij zoeken een technisch gedreven projectmanager die complexe processen en internationale samenwerking combineert met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Hbo- of wo-diploma in een technische richting.
- Ervaring als projectleider, project engineer of junior projectmanager.
- Affiniteit met hightech maakindustrie of aerospace-technologie.
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.

You will play a key role in shaping the way we define and deliver engineering solutions for our customers. Your role
As Systems Engineer, you will bridge customer requirements, engineering disciplines and project delivery.
You are responsible for translating customer needs into clear system requirements, architectures and interfaces. You ensure that mechanical, electrical and software elements work together as one integrated solution and that projects remain aligned with customer expectations throughout the development process.
While Mechanical Engineers focus on designing and realising the physical solution, you focus on defining what the system must do, how the different subsystems interact and how compliance with requirements is demonstrated.
You will work closely with the Lead Engineer, Delivery Manager and multidisciplinary engineering teams to support successful project execution.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in customer and project discussions from a systems engineering perspective
- Translate customer challenges into system design requirements and measurable project outcomes and describe these in a Statement of Work
- Define and maintain system architectures, requirements and interface definitions
- Support trade-off analyses and engineering decision-making
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle with e.g. IBM Doors
- Coordinate technical alignment between mechanical, electrical and software disciplines
- Lead integration, verification and validation activities
- Identify and communicate system-level risks, assumptions and dependencies
- Contribute to knowledge topics such as engineering methodologies, templates and best practices
- Work closely with the Lead Engineer and project teams to successfully deliver customer projects

Wat breng jij
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering within a multidisciplinary engineering environment
- Experience working on projects from requirements definition through integration, verification and validation
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion or similar
- Knowledge of MBSE and SysML is highly desirable
- Commercial awareness and customer-facing skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Based in the Netherlands, preferably in the Rotterdam, Utrecht or Eindhoven region
- Dutch speaking is a strong advantage
- Authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for visa sponsorship
