Production Supervisor in Amstelveen
Wat ga je doen?

Als Production Supervisor in Amstelveen zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse productie van duizenden boeketten soepel verloopt. Je geeft leiding aan een productieteam van ongeveer 45 flexkrachten en houdt overzicht over de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang op de productielijnen. Je verdeelt mensen over de verschillende werkzaamheden, controleert de urenregistratie en hebt contact met uitzendbureaus over de personeelsplanning en prestaties.

Daarnaast werk je samen met het kwaliteitsteam om ervoor te zorgen dat de boeketten op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe werkwijzen en helpt deze in de praktijk te testen en door te voeren. Tijdens drukke periodes, zoals Valentijnsdag, Moederdag en Kerst, neem je als Production Supervisor extra verantwoordelijkheid voor de coördinatie van de operatie. Waar nodig ondersteun je ook de expeditie of andere werkzaamheden binnen het warehouse.

Vanuit het warehouse in Amstelveen worden dagelijks duizenden boeketten geproduceerd met behulp van eigen systemen en software. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan kwaliteit, efficiënte processen, innovatie en duurzamere manieren van werken. De locatie is goed bereikbaar vanuit onder andere Amsterdam, Aalsmeer, Uithoorn, Hoofddorp en Haarlem. Voor woon-werkverkeer zijn er, afhankelijk van je reis, verschillende regelingen beschikbaar.

Vereisten - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van een middelgroot team (30+ mensen) binnen productie, operations of een vergelijkbare werkomgeving;

• Je woont in de omgeving en beschikt over eigen vervoer;
• Goede beheersing van het Engels en je kunt je mondeling goed uitdrukken in het Pools, Nederlands is een pré;
• Je werkt gestructureerd, bent digitaal vaardig en houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten;
• Je bent flexibel wanneer een vroege start of later einde van de werkdag nodig is.

Wat wij bieden - Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring;

As a production worker, you are an essential part of the production process. You start your workday together with your colleagues in a clean and organized production hall, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. You operate machines, inspect materials, and ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines
• Packing and labeling products according to fixed guidelines

You work from Monday through Friday. The working hours and corresponding allowances are:
