In deze functie verzamel en verwerkt je klantbestellingen met behulp van een handscanner en een Elektrische Pallettruck (EPT). Je werkt in een magazijn waar alcoholische dranken worden opgeslagen en gedistribueerd, waardoor nauwkeurigheid, efficiëntie en veiligheid erg belangrijk zijn.

Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit orderpicken, het verplaatsen van pallets, het controleren van binnenkomende goederen, het aanvullen van voorraden en het verzendklaar maken van producten. Omdat sommige dozen en kratten met dranken zwaar kunnen zijn, is een goede fysieke conditie belangrijk. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen en bestellingen op tijd worden geleverd.

Je werkt fulltime van maandag tot en met vrijdag in dagdienst van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur. Na ongeveer 6 weken is er ook de mogelijkheid om in avonddiensten te werken. Tijdens drukke periodes kan overwerk gevraagd worden.

As an Order Picker, you work at Lidl's distribution centre in Waddinxveen. During your shift, you drive an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) through the warehouse. Using a voice-picking system, you receive instructions about exactly which products and quantities you need to collect. Together with your colleagues, you make sure every order is complete and ready on time for delivery to the stores.

You will work in the shelf-stable products department and your responsibilities include:

• Collecting orders using a voice-picking system
• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
• Checking that the correct products and quantities have been collected
• Packing and preparing complete orders
• Making sure orders are correctly prepared for further processing
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe

Working hours

You work the day shift from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM.

You mainly work from Monday to Friday. You may also be scheduled to work during the weekend. The schedule is prepared several weeks in advance, so you will know your working days well ahead of time.
