What You Will Do:

• Weighing: accurately measure ingredients using a mobile weighing station, following recipes that may include up to 30 components per batch.
• Blending: mix ingredients precisely to prepare fragrance materials for the next production steps.
• Monitoring: oversee machines and installations, intervening when necessary to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Quality control: inspect products against strict standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Shift work: adapt to a 5-shift schedule, including early, late, and night shifts, ensuring seamless production continuity.

Wat je gaat doen

Als procesoperator in de kaasmakerij ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en veilig productieproces. Vanuit de controlekamer én op de werkvloer houd je continu in de gaten of het proces volgens planning en binnen de juiste specificaties verloopt. Je werkt met moderne, grotendeels geautomatiseerde installaties en grijpt in zodra je afwijkingen signaleert. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Bedienen, instellen en bewaken van de productie-installaties;
• Controleren van procesparameters en waar nodig bijsturen;
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en CCP-controles;
• Nemen en beoordelen van monsters tijdens het productieproces;
• Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen;
• Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen in batchrecords;
• Begeleiden van monteurs bij onderhoud en technische werkzaamheden;
• Toezien op veiligheid, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid;
• Meedenken over verbeteringen aan processen en productielijnen.

Functie-eisen

We zoeken een operator die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar proces en graag werkt in een technische productieomgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting procestechniek, levensmiddelentechnologie of techniek;
• Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker binnen een productieomgeving;
• Technisch inzicht en interesse in geautomatiseerde productieprocessen;
• Basisvaardigheid met computers en productiesystemen;
• Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken;
• Een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en veiligheidsbewuste manier van werken. Ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, zuivel of met SAP is een pré, maar geen harde eis.

Om onze productie lekker soepel draaiende te houden, ben jij een echte aanpakker. Verder is het handig dat je:

• Fulltime beschikbaar bent om in 5 ploegen te knallen.
• Zin hebt in een nieuwe uitdaging!

Wat ga je doen
Als productiemedewerker heb je superveel afwisseling. Echt geen dag is hetzelfde! Jouw werk start vaak al bij de vrachtwagens. Jij laat de verse aardappelen soepel op de lopende band rollen. Daarna zet je dit direct in de computer.
Op naar de controle! Ligt er nog een blaadje of steentje op de band? Jij vist die er zo tussenuit. De band gaat best vlug. Maar jouw reflexen zijn sneller!
Maakt de inpakmachine per ongeluk een foutje? Geen stress. In een koelere ruimte snijd jij de zakken vliegensvlug weer open. Zo kunnen we de frietjes gewoon opnieuw inpakken. Tussendoor check je de voorraad dozen voor de machines. Zijn ze bijna op? Dan vul jij ze met de hand aan.
Zo maak je het héle proces mee. Rauwe aardappelen komen binnen. En goudgele frietjes gaan de deur weer uit! Hoe gaaf en uniek is dat?!

Waar ga je werken
Heel de dag tussen de friet, wie wil dat nou niet? Je gaat aan de slag in Kruiningen in een gloednieuwe fabriek. Wist je dat hier jaarlijks wel 195 miljoen kilo friet wordt geproduceerd?
