FunctieomschrijvingWil jij meewerken aan de verantwoordelijke taak van het verpakken van medicijnen? Je start als leerling operator, in deze tijd kun je het bedrijf leren kennen en de eerste trainingen op de werkplek afronden. Je basis werkzaamheden zijn o.a. inpak- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en na 2 tot 3 maanden start je met een interne opleiding aan 1 van de productielijnen. Samen met je collega`s werk je in een verantwoordelijk team in de 4 ploegendienst. Als basis productie operator speel je een cruciale rol aan het einde van het maak proces, aan dit gedeelte van de productielijn komen de bijsluiters en de blister samen in de verpakking. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn voornamelijk deze doosjes inpakken in de verzenddoos, afwijkingen signaleren en de batches af- en aanmelden in de computer. Je voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit en lost simpele technische problemen op. Werkzaamheden na de interne opleiding: Het instellen en afstellen van verpakkingsmachines volgens de productievereisten. Controleren van de kwaliteit van verpakte producten en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Het oplossen van eenvoudige technische storingen aan de verpakkingsmachines. Zorgen voor een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving. Het volgen van productieplanningen en productieschema's. Rapporteren van productiegegevens en eventuele afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende. Wordt onderdeel van het team en help mee om medicijnen aan mensen wereldwijd te leveren. Functie-eisenVoor deze functie is het voornamelijk belangrijk dat je kunt werken volgens bepaalde procedures en dat je nauwkeurig en uitvoerend kunt werken, maar ook: Mbo werk- en denkniveau; Kwaliteitsnormen, gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften maken het voor jou prettig om te werken; Ben je systeemvaardig en in staat om licht administratief werk uit te voeren; Heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Who you are
As a production employee, you are available from Monday till Friday. Furthermore, it is important that:

• You speak English (required for safety within the factory);
• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are at least 1.65 meters tall (due to the height of the machinery);
• You have your own transport to get to Wijhe;
• You are available for at least 3 days across 2 shifts;
• You live near Wijhe;
• You do not mind working in a cool environment (13–15 degrees Celsius).

What will you do
As a production employee, you will work in a factory where sliced meats are produced. At Stegeman we have a lot of different departments where you can work. You can always give your preference for the department and we will see together what the best place will be for YOU! After you applications I will go through them in depth, but I listed them below!
You will work in the 2 shift, with working hours from 05:15-14:00 & 13:55-22:40.

• After care: Here you are going to make sure that the sausages are handled the correct way. You will be baking the sausages, but also smoking is part of the process. As you can expect the smell at this department is mouth watering!
• Slicing and packaging: This is the last step in the process. You will make sure that the sausages are sliced correct. You also check if the packages are sealed correctly. With your quick thinking, and sharp eyes the line will be running smoothly!
• Transport: As a transport employee, you'll use an EPT to move meats between freezing units and production halls. You'll also do administrative tasks like booking pallets and managing SAP inventory movements.
