Jij assembleert en bedient machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en ondersteunt bij technische verbeteringen om de efficiëntie te verhogen. Functie-inhoud

• Jij laat de afvullijn soepel lopen.
• Jij bedient en monitort machines en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens het productieproces.
• Jij voert preventief technisch onderhoud en kleine storingswerkzaamheden uit om de beschikbaarheid van het machinepark te waarborgen.
• Jij stemt productieplanningen af en schakelt machineleveranciers in indien nodig om storingen op te lossen.
• Jij geeft dagelijks instructies en werkt samen met collega’s en oproepkrachten om veilige en efficiënte productie te garanderen.

Functie-eisen

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
• Aantoonbaar technisch inzicht en ervaring met productieprocessen of bediening van machines.
• Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze met gevoel voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis van Engels.
• Proactieve houding, probleemoplossend vermogen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Wat je gaat doen

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines.
• Perform quality checks on cheese products and packaging.
• Adjust machine settings and respond to minor process deviations.
• Work closely with experienced operators to solve more complex issues.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Your working hours (fixed 3-shift schedule):
  • Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
  • Evening shift: 15:00–23:00 (Friday until 22:30)

what will you do
As an operator, you will be involved in the production of plastic granules. Your daily tasks include properly scheduling the production lines, as well as converting and replenishing them. You will also help troubleshoot machine errors and support the maintenance department during major breakdowns. Additionally, you will assemble boxes (160 cm tall) and move pallets using a forklift.

The DSV warehouse in Bergen op Zoom focuses on plastic resin granules. These are produced, packaged, and prepared for shipment on-site. Other companies use these granules to manufacture a wide variety of products, ranging from medical supplies to toys, cups, and more. As an operator, you will join a small and welcoming team. what will you do
As a Machine Operator in the Grids department, you play an important role. You make parts for X-Ray machines used in hospitals worldwide. Together with a team of about 14 colleagues, you operate and check the machines along the production line

• Load materials like lead strips and glue into the machines;
• Set up machines, start the process, and monitor the production;
• Measure finished grid parts with special measuring tools;
• Perform careful quality checks on all products;
