As a Machine Operator you make sure machines are set up correctly and metal components are produced according to the required specifications. Previous experience is not essential: motivation, technical interest and a willingness to learn are just as important. You will join Aalberts in Hilversum or, working alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment.

Functie

• Set up and operate production machines
• Check products for quality and dimensions
• Identify and solve minor machine issues together with colleagues
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Work according to safety and quality procedures

Functie-eisen

• Interested in technology and motivated to learn how to work with machines
• Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not required
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Own transportation to Hilversum or Zeewolde
• Accurate and responsible in your work

Aanbod

• A gross monthly salary starting from €3,700 including shift allowance, depending on experience
• 20% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift schedule

Wat ga je doen?

Wil jij als machine operator / machine insteller een salaris verdienen tussen €2.600 en €3.250 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en technische kennis? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Ben jij technisch sterk en werk je graag met mechanische machines? Je werkt dagelijks aan het maken van hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen voor transportbanden die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Je stelt mechanische metaalbewerkingsmachines in, bedient ze en bouwt ze om bij nieuwe producties. Dit vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, technisch inzicht en ervaring met het afstellen van machines.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt met verschillende producten, instellingen en machines en zorgt er steeds voor dat alles perfect wordt afgesteld zodat de onderdelen volgens tekening en specificatie worden geproduceerd.

Waar ga je werken?

De opdrachtgever is al meer dan 40 jaar gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige metaal producten. Vanuit de fabriek in Enschede worden hoogwaardige maatwerkoplossingen gemaakt die wereldwijd worden toegepast in diverse industrieën. Het bedrijf bestaat uit een hecht team van ongeveer 30 collega’s waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Er wordt gewerkt met technische, mechanische machines en er is veel kennis aanwezig binnen het team. Als onderdeel van een internationale groep binnen de metaalindustrie wordt er volop geïnvesteerd in groei, innovatie en professionalisering. Wat ga je doen?

• Instellen, bedienen en afstellen van mechanische metaalbewerkingsmachines;
• Ombouwen van machines bij nieuwe producties en projecten;
• Produceren van halffabricaten zoals stalen onderdelen, plaatjes en verbindingselementen;
• Lezen en toepassen van technische tekeningen in de praktijk;
• Controleren, meten en bijstellen van producten op maatvoering en kwaliteit;
• Fijn afstellen van machines totdat alles perfect volgens specificatie loopt;
• Werken met verschillende gereedschappen, tooling sets en mechanische installaties;
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces en machine-instellingen.

Wie ben je?

• Je hebt ervaring met het instellen en afstellen van (mechanische) machines;
• Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring binnen een metaalomgeving;
• Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en toepassen in de praktijk;
• Je hebt kennis van mechanica, stempels en het afstellen van machines;
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit;
• Je bent leergierig en een prettige collega om mee samen te werken;
• Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneren;
• Ervaring met onderhoud of oudere machines is een pré;
• Een opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde of mechanica is een pluspunt.
