Do you like to keep moving and see your work get done by the end of the morning? For our client in Aalsmeer, we are looking for order pickers and logistics employees. Together with your team, you get millions of flowers and plants to the right customers on time.

As an order picker, you collect and process orders quickly and accurately. You also make sure every trolley ends up at the right place.

This is what a working day looks like:

• You pick and process flower and plant orders
• You move trolleys with flowers and plants through the auction warehouse
• You sort products and bring them to the right locations
• You check orders for quality and quantity
• You keep your work area clean and safe
• You work with your colleagues to reach the daily targets

You drive an electric tug or an order picking vehicle. No experience? No problem, you get full training before you start.

Your shift starts at 06:00 and usually ends at 12:00. Some days the shift runs until 13:00.

• You are available at least 3 days per week
• You are always available on Monday and Friday
• You can start at 06:00 in Aalsmeer
• You are physically fit and enjoy active work
• You work accurately and take responsibility for your orders
• You speak Dutch or English

Who you are
As a logistics worker at Royal FloraHolland, you meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English;
• You are at least 18 years old (because of the machines you will use);
• You are at least 165 cm tall (because of the work activities);
• You can work at least 2 days a week;
• You are available from 06:00 to 12:00 (this can sometimes be until 13:00);
• You can work in Aalsmeer;
• You can work for at least 4 months.

What will you do
In this active job, speed and accuracy are very important. As a logistics worker, you divide the fresh flowers and plants that have just been sold at the auction. You use the newest voice-picking systems to collect your orders fast. 🗣️ Because you work with modern technology and a fast electric cart, you will hit your targets easily. You see the direct results of your hard work! 📈 You will learn how complex logistics works and how to deliver the best quality under time pressure for customers all over the world. 💪
