Over de vacature

Als Voorman Containerstuwage zorg je voor de operationele voortgang op de zeevrachtafdeling. Je verdeelt de taken binnen het team en ziet erop toe dat containers efficiënt en veilig worden geladen en gestuwd. Je loopt controlerondes door de loods, de koelcellen en over het buitenterrein met extra aandacht voor veiligheids- en hygiënerichtlijnen. Daarnaast bewaar je het overzicht op de voorraad, schakel je met de Warehouse Manager en los je praktische problemen op de werkvloer direct op.

Werkzaamheden

• Verdelen van de werkzaamheden op de zeevrachtafdeling.
• Begeleiden en aansturen van de medewerkers op de werkvloer.
• Maken en bewaken van de operationele dagplanning.
• Toezien op het juist en veilig laden en lossen van vrachtcontainers.
• Lopen van veiligheidsrondes over het terrein, door de loods en bij de koelcellen.
• Beheren van de logistieke middelen, voorraad en apparatuur.
• Oplossen van operationele verstoringen in overleg met betrokken collega's.
• Borgen van richtlijnen zoals GDP, Hygiënecode en Luchtvaartwetgeving.

Wij zoeken

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het goederenvervoer en magazijnprocessen.
• Bekend met logistiek materieel, apparatuur en coderingssystemen.
• Bezit van een geldig heftruckcertificaat.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
