Your responsibilities : Provide support in both French and English by phone, email, and chat Support customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status Prepare quotes for software licences and renewals Follow up on quotes to support the sales process Process orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveries Communicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and orders Work closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent service Keep databases updated with customer and order details Support with other related administrative or service tasks as needed Requirements To excel in this role, you’ll need: - *Fluent in both French and English (C1-C2) spoken and written *At least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales (B2B and IT/software) Strong *commercial mindset Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a changing environment University degree or equivalent in IT or a related field Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking Strong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environment Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills *Its a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working from home every Friday Benefits Our client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing: A monthly salary ranging from €3.000to €3.500 gross, depending on your experience and expertise. Monthly bonuses linked to performance paid monthly Holiday allowance. 25 vacation days. Reimbursement of travel costs up to €250 per month. Extensive and structured training and ongoing support. Work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 30mins lunch break. A dynamic and lively work environment located in the heart of Amsterdam. We are looking for an International Sales Support representative to join a fast-growing international company in the Groningen area, for their France en German market. Who you are
You have a natural commercial insight and know exactly how to spot opportunities during a conversation. Preferably you have work experience with sales support tasks but it's not an requirement, as long as you are eager to learn.

You are communicative, helpful, and have a strong customer-oriented attitude. You also have an eye for detail and can work systematically.

You're going to work with German and France clients, so speaking & writing one of this languages on a business level is a big advantage.

Furthermore:

• You're willing to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• You would like to work in Groningen
• You speak and write fluently English at a business level
• You either have working experience in a commercial roll or you have the commercial mindset

What will you do
You will join a team with two other Sales Support colleagues, together you'll support your sales colleagues. While they focus on specific countries, you will be the one switching between the different markets. You will be the central point of contact for questions from both existing clients and prospects.

Also:

• You answer all incoming customer support emails and handle questions over the phone.
• You draft quotations, actively follow up on them, and turn them into orders.
• You take care of the administrative tasks and process sales orders accurately.
• You signal bottlenecks in the sales process and propose ideas to make things better every day.

> Only speaking English: € 2608,26 up to € 3400 gross per month
> Also speaking France or German: € 2900 up to € 4200 per month
