Who you are

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you are the backbone of your team. You know how to motivate, guide, and support your colleagues. With your international experience and fresh ideas, you help the team grow. You also bring a proactive and results-driven mindset.

In addition to proven experience in leading teams, you bring the following:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain
  • Experience with ERP systems and SAP. Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in English! Dutch, German, or Danish is an advantage (YOU'RE BASED IN THE NETHERLANDS!)

We are looking for a Credit Collection Agent for the Accounts Receivable team. No two days are the same in this dynamic environment. Are you a strong communicator and do you enjoy helping customers? Then this position at the DHL Shared Service Center is perfect for you!

who are you

With your customer eccentric way of working, you know exactly how to relate to customers' problems. You aren't afraid of discussion and know how to find the balance between achieving results and building customer relationships. You gather data and exactly pinpoint the information you need. Within the data, you recognize patterns, draw conclusions and come up with an action plan.

  • Advanced level of either Dutch-English or French-English;
  • Customer Relationship Management;
  • You are analytical and love working with data;
  • You have basic finance knowledge;
  • You know how to multitasks and work in a team;
  • You have strong IT skills.
what will you do

As a credit collector you will manage and coordinate credit collection for an assigned portfolio of customers. You are responsible for efficient cash collection and managing outstanding debt. During all activities, you'll adapt a customer focused approach. A collection doesn't have to be viewed as a battle but rather a customer interaction where you assist the customer to clear their debt and improve overall cashflow. You won't be doing this alone! You are part of a team that is experienced in their line of work and already has established strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and our customers.

  • Actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being met by the customer;
  • Resolve reoccurring billing issues;
  • Maintain efficient record of collection activities;
  • Drive debt collections;
  • Monitor credit accounts and limits and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review and action.
