Over het bedrijf

Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale speler binnen de veterinaire branche, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige producten voor dierenartsen. Over de functie

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel geholpen worden en ondersteunt tegelijkertijd diverse interne processen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Beantwoorden, verdelen en afhandelen van inkomende telefoongesprekken
• Beheren van algemene mailboxen
• Verwerken van inkomende bestellingen
• Signaleren en oppakken van commerciële kansen tijdens klantcontact
• Ondersteunen van accountmanagers
• Contact onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders
• Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden en ondersteuning bij projecten
• Werken volgens geldende kwaliteitsstandaarden (GDP)
• Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen.

Wat vragen wij van jou

Jij bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
• Een commerciële instelling en een proactieve houding
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen
• Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
• Beheersing van Engels en/of Frans is een pré.

What Will You Do?

• Defining the commercial strategy for your sports department

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes sport and is ready to take on a real leadership challenge. Previous management experience is a plus, but the right mindset is what matters most.

You:

• Speak Dutch fluently (English is a strong advantage)
• Have a higher professional education level (HBO) or MBO Level 4 combined with a winning mentality
• Are outgoing and able to inspire both colleagues and customers
• Are available 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Have a strong passion for sport and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others
• Take initiative and are eager to progress quickly within retail
