Join Hessing, a leading company in the fresh food industry, as an Allround Production Operator. You will work across multiple production lines, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and monitor production to meet quality and quantity standards
• Switch packaging materials and perform quality checks, including metal detection tests
• Maintain clean and organized production lines following safety and hygiene rules
• Adjust automated processes and report deviations to team leaders
• Guide and support colleagues on the production lines
• Track production data and ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Working hours:

• Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekend shifts as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Shift start times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may start at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00.

Industrial Cleaner - Velsen-Noord

Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves and would you like to work in a challenging industrial environment?

For work at the Tata Steel site in IJmuiden, we are looking for motivated Industrial Cleaners.

Wat ga je doen?

What will you do?

As an Industrial Cleaner, you will work together with experienced colleagues from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and the Netherlands to clean and maintain industrial installations, machinery and production facilities. For this position, you will be picked up daily from a fixed location in The Hague and transported to your workplace in Velsen-Noord.

Your duties may include:

• Cleaning factories, machinery and industrial installations.
• Working with high-pressure equipment and other professional cleaning machines.
• Manually cleaning and removing dirt and residual materials.
• Working according to strict safety regulations and work procedures.
• Working together with colleagues on the large industrial site of Tata Steel.
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Wie ben jij?

What are we looking for?

• You are motivated and have a strong work ethic.
• You are physically capable of performing heavy and dirty work.
• You work well both as part of a team and independently.
• You take safety seriously.
• You are willing to complete training courses and obtain the required certificates.
• A valid VCA certificate is required; if you do not have one yet, training may be arranged.
• A category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus, but is not always required.

You load and unload trucks with an awesome team. Trucks bring large bags of deposit bottles. Together, you slide these bags across the floor. You also get to operate the pressing machine for cardboard, plastic, and food. Finally, you sort crates and packaging to keep everything perfectly neat!

Become a count operator
Ready for an exciting new step? You can learn to be a count operator! You will run the smart counting machine. It automatically sorts bottles and cans by color and material.

How does it work? It is super easy! You grab a bag and remove the label. You empty the bag into the machine. It scans everything for you. Did the machine miss a bottle? No worries at all! It safely falls into a handy bin. You just scan those last few items yourself. Piece of cake!

Working times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00
• Night shift: 21:00 - 06:00
