Als centraal aanspreekpunt ben je de cruciale regisseur van de dienstverlening. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de snelle en accurate afhandeling van diverse klantvragen, maar draagt ook direct bij aan de efficiëntie van de organisatie.

• Afhandeling van alle telefonische contacten voor de gemeente en de WIZ-afdeling.
• Verzorgen van de administratie rondom aanvragen als BRP uittreksels en VOG.
• Beantwoorden van e-mail en sociale media berichten.
• Bepalen van de juiste specialist en het organiseren van opvolging.

As a logistic employee at CB it is important you meet the following requirements:

• You are available at least 2 days from Monday to Friday
• You are available from 7:30-16:00
• You speak Dutch or English
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have your own accommodation in the area of Culemborg

During your work as a logistic employee at CB, you will work together with your team. In the Fijndistributie department, you will pick books. There are various types of order picking in this department. For example, you can pick orders using pick-to-light. You scan the label on the box, and then a light goes on at the rack where you need to pick books from. Easy! You will also pack books in boxes and prepare them for shipping. You do this together with enthusiastic colleagues around you. Your day will fly by!

As a logistic employee at CB, you will end up in a large warehouse at the Fijndistributie department. This is the department where books are picked. The atmosphere at CB is known as super cozy. You work together with an enthusiastic and international team, and believe it or not, the working atmosphere scores a solid 8+. You will feel at home here in no time! In addition to job satisfaction, CB also ensures flexibility. You decide which days you want to work. Super flexible!
