Adjunct-directeur (32 – 36 uur)

Pi-Spello is op zoek naar een adjunct-directeur die als rechterhand van de directeur-bestuurder bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie en de verbinding vormt tussen directie, management en zorgpraktijk.
Wij zoeken geen directeur die vanaf de zijlijn stuurt, maar een betrokken professional die midden in de organisatie staat. Iemand die graag meedenkt over strategie en beleid, maar net zo makkelijk aansluit bij een casuïstiekoverleg, een kwaliteitsvraagstuk oppakt of het team ondersteunt bij complexe uitdagingen.
Als adjunct-directeur draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Pi-Spello. Je bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en kunt, waar nodig, een coördinerende rol vervullen binnen de dagelijkse aansturing.

Over Pi-Spello
Pi-Spello is een innovatieve organisatie gespecialiseerd in dyslexiezorg, Jeugd-GGZ en leerproblemen. Vanuit onze hoofdlocatie in Goes en tientallen schoollocaties werken wij dagelijks aan passende zorg voor kinderen en jongeren. Ons enthousiaste, creatieve team bestaat uit 27 collega's. Wekelijks bezoeken ruim 500 kinderen, jongeren en hun ouders Pi-Spello voor onderzoek en/of behandeling in een van de vele themakamers.
Pi-Spello ontwikkelt daarnaast eigen methodes, software, educatieve materialen en trainingen die landelijk worden ingezet binnen onderwijs en zorg. Kwaliteit, innovatie en persoonlijke betrokkenheid staan hierbij centraal.

Wat ga je doen?

Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen beleid en praktijk. Zo kun je ’s ochtends werken aan kwaliteitsbeleid, strategische vraagstukken, samenwerkingsafspraken, organisatieontwikkeling of personele vraagstukken en later die dag sturing geven aan projecten, meedenken over werving en teamontwikkeling, sparren met (regie)behandelaren en managers, meedenken over complexe casuïstiek en zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer.

Als adjunct-directeur:
• ben je sparringpartner van de directeur-bestuurder;
• draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van strategisch beleid;
• bewaak en ontwikkel je het kwaliteitsbeleid;
• ondersteun en adviseer je managers en behandelaren;
• denk je mee bij complexe casuïstiek en organisatievraagstukken;
• vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar de dagelijkse praktijk;
• leid je organisatiebrede projecten en verbetertrajecten;
• vertegenwoordig je Pi-Spello in contacten met gemeenten, samenwerkingspartners, scholen en andere relevante stakeholders;
• lever je een actieve bijdrage aan innovatie en doorontwikkeling van zorg, methodieken en processen;
• signaleer je kansen en risico’s binnen de organisatie en zet je deze om in concrete verbeteringen;
• neem je waar nodig een coördinerende rol op je binnen de dagelijkse organisatie.

Wie zoeken wij?
Wij zoeken een ervaren professional die:
• beschikt over minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau;
• ruime ervaring heeft binnen de jeugdzorg, Jeugd-GGZ, gezondheidszorg of een vergelijkbare maatschappelijke organisatie;
• ervaring heeft met het aansturen van medewerkers, het leiden van projecten of het realiseren van organisatiebrede ontwikkelingen;
• ervaring heeft met kwaliteit, beleid, bedrijfsvoering of organisatieontwikkeling;
• complexe vraagstukken kan vertalen naar praktische oplossingen;
• mensen weet te verbinden en te inspireren;
• zelfstandig werkt, maar samenwerking vanzelfsprekend vindt;
• zowel strategisch als operationeel sterk is;
• graag zichtbaar is op de werkvloer;
• over organisatiesensitiviteit beschikt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen directie, management, behandelaren en externe partners;
• in ieder geval op maandag tot en met donderdag aanwezig is op onze praktijklocatie in Goes.

Where will you work
At DPD Goes you’ll be joining a team of international colleagues. Daily they make sure all the packages leave the Warehouse on time. This to make sure everybody at home gets their packages on time! Voor deze uitdagende en verantwoordelijke functie zoeken wij een kandidaat met HBO werk- en denkniveau die ervaring heeft met analytische chemie en in het bijzonder (gas) chromatografie en Massa Spectrometrie. Als Final Test Engineer kom je werken op de locatie in Goes. Deze locatie richt zich op de Assemblage en Final test van de GasChromatografen en Customer Service. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen ga je fijn mechanische apparatuur in elkaar zetten. Deze apparatuur komt je tegen in laboratoria over de hele wereld. Het gaat om het bouwen en opstarten van instrumenten zoals gas- & vloeistof chromatografen, bemonsteringsinstrumenten en onderdelen van instrumenten, zoals detectoren of flow-controllers.

• Uitvoeren van kleine corrigerende werkzaamheden in de werkplaats indien de bevestigingspunten in het plaatwerk niet op de juiste plaats zitten of als er onvoldoende bevestigingspunten zijn;
• Uitvoeren van elektrische testen om te controleren of er geen stroom lekt;
• Verrichten van trouble shooting als er lekkage of storing wordt vast gesteld of als de GC niet werkt;
• Aanzetten van de GC, maken van een set-up en vullen van de applicatie metbasisgegevens.

Onze partner ontwerpt, produceert en verkoopt GC-GCMS en HPLC systemen, samen met een compleet assortiment accessoires, verbruiksartikelen en ondersteunende diensten. Het bedrijf heeft faciliteiten in Livingston, Schotland, Goes, Nederland, en productie in Shanghai, China. De locatie Goes richt zich met name op de Assemblage en Final test van GC’s en Customer service. Momenteel zijn op deze locatie ca 27 medewerkers in dienst.

what will you do
As an forklift driver at FedEx in Duiven, you will work daily with pallets and goods. You are responsible for the safe movement of freight within the warehouse. First, you'll scan the pallets with incoming goods. Then, you'll take them to the scale to be weighed. Afterward, you will place the weighed pallets in the correct spot, ready for shipping. This ensures the warehouse remains organized.

It's important to note that you won't be solely driving the forklift. You will also contribute to order picking and helping out in the warehouse.

You will be working as an forklift driver at FedEx in Duiven. FedEx is one of the world's largest providers of logistics and courier services by land, sea, and air. A staggering 4.4 million packages, documents, and freight are sent to 200 countries every week. This is the distribution center where all the packages come together. From here, the trucks are loaded with new shipments and head back out for delivery.

• The working hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The shift allowances are: 20% per hour worked from 9:00 PM to midnight.
• 30% per hour worked from midnight to 6:00 AM.
