As a warehouse worker, you will be busy sorting packages. It’s important that you can handle physical work. You will also recognize yourself in the following:

What will you do

Sorting packages is your main task as a warehouse worker. Once you arrive at PostNL, you clock in, put on your work shoes, and grab a quick drink. Time for the team meeting! The team leader tells you exactly what comes in in terms of packages, and which department you will be working in today. Since you are new to PostNL, you will start on the conveyor belt. Here, it’s essential to place each package on the belt. This can be physically demanding as each package varies in size and weight. You will also need to work at a steady pace, as there are a lot of packages to be sorted daily.

  • Workdays from Sunday to Friday.
  • Working hours between 5:15 PM and 2:45 AM.

You drive to the customers using a navigation system.

With a smile, you deliver the scanned groceries to the door and deal with the payment.

What will you do

Within Kuehne+Nagel there are several departments, including the production department. Here you will find packaging from Pfizer. You know, from those vaccinations! Those vaccinations are refrigerated in their packaging. The vaccinations have already been used. We can still use the cooling element! That's all wrapped up in a box. You're going to be putting all the boxes in a row or be removing all the tape. At the end, the cooling element is removed and can be reused!That way, you will make sure that only the cooling element remains and can be reused! The element then goes all the way to America! As a production worker you will be working with your hands all day so it will be physically demanding.

Where will you work

There are many different locations of Kuehne+Nagel. Every location does something different. In Tiel, they work for Etos and for Pfizer! You’ll be working in a very modern warehouse.
