Wil jij privacyvraagstukken oplossen vanuit een data perspectief waar techniek, wetgeving en maatschappelijke impact samenkomen? Bij CIZ krijg je de kans om de privacybasis neer te zetten voor een nieuw Data & Analytics-platform en het toekomstige privacy perspectief op data waarop de organisatie de komende jaren verder bouwt. Een uitdaging waarin jouw expertise direct zichtbaar is.

Wat ga je doen?

CIZ bouwt aan een nieuw Data & Analytics-platform op basis van Microsoft Azure en Microsoft Fabric. Hierop worden uiteenlopende informatieproducten ontwikkeld die bijdragen aan betere besluitvorming en dienstverlening. Jij zorgt ervoor dat privacy vanaf de basis goed is ingericht en dat gegevens veilig en rechtmatig worden verwerkt.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en opstellen van DPIA's voor het platform en de bijbehorende gegevensverwerkingen. Je inventariseert informatieproducten, beoordeelt privacyrisico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbetermaatregelen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van Data & Analytics, Privacy, Juridische Zaken en Informatiebeveiliging.

Daarnaast ontwikkel je een werkwijze waarmee nieuwe informatieproducten structureel worden getoetst aan de AVG en relevante privacy- en securityprincipes. Zo help je de organisatie om privacy en informatiebeveiliging vanaf het ontwerp goed te borgen.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

• Het opstellen en verbeteren van meerdere DPIA's voor het nieuwe Data & Analytics-platform;
• Het beoordelen van privacyrisico's rondom de verwerking van (bijzondere) persoonsgegevens;
• Het analyseren van gegevensstromen tussen bronsystemen en het Data & Analytics-platform;
• Het ontwikkelen van een praktisch toetsingsproces waarmee nieuwe rapportages en informatieproducten vooraf op privacy worden beoordeeld;
• Het inventariseren van bestaande informatieproducten en beoordelen of deze voldoen aan de kernprincipes van de AVG;
• Het adviseren over privacy by design, dataminimalisatie en passende mitigerende maatregelen;
• Het afstemmen van jouw adviezen met Privacy Officers, Juridische Zaken, architecten en dataspecialisten;
• Het bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige inrichting van privacyprocessen binnen het Data & Analytics-domein.

Over het team:
Je werkt binnen het team Data & Inzicht samen met collega's in de expertises van Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Analist, BI Analist, Researcher en Data Scientist die zich onder andere bezighouden met het realiseren van het nieuwe Data & Analytics platform. Daarnaast werk je veel met collega's vanuit Privacy, Juridische Zaken en Informatiebeveiliging.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar digitalisering, data en innovatie een steeds grotere rol spelen. Jouw expertise helpt ervoor te zorgen dat deze ontwikkelingen veilig, verantwoord en compliant plaatsvinden. Wat breng je mee?

• Wo werk- en denkniveau;
• Minimaal 5 -7 jaar ervaring binnen privacy-, gegevensbeschermings- en IT-recht;
• Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitvoeren van complexe DPIA's;
• Uitgebreide kennis van de AVG, UAVG en privacywetgeving, met affiniteit voor informatiebeveiliging en securityvraagstukken;
• Certificeringen zoals CIPP/E, CIPM en/of CIPT;
• Ervaring met privacyvraagstukken rondom bijzondere persoonsgegevens, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg of overheid;
• Affiniteit en ervaring met Microsoft Azure en moderne data- en analyticsplatformen.

• Kennis van AI Act en Data Governance;
• Kennis van ISO 27001 en/of NEN 7510;
• Ervaring binnen de zorgsector.

Je bent analytisch sterk, neemt eigenaarschap en krijgt energie van het praktisch oplossen van complexe privacyvraagstukken. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met juristen, dataspecialisten en securitycollega's en weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen tot werkbare oplossingen. Je bent hands-on, pro-actief en weet goed te levelen met verscheidene typen achtergrond en expertise aan stakeholders. Daarnaast ben je zelfstandig, resultaatgericht, en overtuigend in je adviezen.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn:
Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring, € 4.402 - € 6.390 per maand (schaal 60 cao CIZ) op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Voor deze functie geldt een arbeidsmarkttoelage, waardoor je totale bruto maandsalaris kan oplopen tot maximaal €7.364 bruto per maand (het maximum van salarisschaal 65).

• Collectief pensioen bij ABP, CIZ neemt 70% van de premie voor haar rekening;
