As a shipping clerk, you are a vital link in the supply chain and warehouse operations. Together with a positive and energetic team, you ensure that finished orders are packed accurately, securely bound to pallets, and prepared for damage-free transit across the globe. You operate in a fast-paced environment with challenging targets, seamlessly shifting between physical warehouse tasks and system-based administrative tracking. Every day brings new challenges, offering you plenty of autonomy to manage your workload and contribute to operational success. Responsibilities

• Packing finished orders into correctly sized boxes and securing them safely onto pallets
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and clear assembly zone within the warehouse at all times
• Prepacking accessories in date order while verifying quantities and specific order instructions
• Checking logistics systems for any last-minute order modifications before final dispatch
• Processing shipments and booking European orders directly with transport carriers
• Preparing accurate shipping documentation and arranging labeled boxes for transport loading
• Operating in full compliance with the Known Consignor regulations for secure air freight

Requirements

• Relevant work experience within a logistics or shipping department
• Professional communication skills in the English language
• Self-managed, proactive, and collaborative approach to tasks
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if operational demand requires it
• Prior knowledge of logistics systems (such as Oracle, Kewill, or Blujay) is beneficial
• A valid Dutch forklift license is highly preferable

wie ben jij
Als toezichthouder ben jij een open en daadkrachtig aanspreekpunt op de school. Je hebt affiniteit met jongeren, maakt makkelijk een praatje en staat stevig in je schoenen wanneer de situatie om duidelijkheid vraagt.

• Je maakt makkelijk verbinding met (v)mbo-leerlingen en weet hen op een positieve en gepaste manier aan te spreken op hun gedrag.
• Je bent vriendelijk, daadkrachtig en vindt het leuk om bij uiteenlopende facilitaire klussen te ondersteunen.
• Je bent 4 tot 5 dagen per week beschikbaar van 08:30 tot 14:00 uur (uitbreiding van uren is in overleg mogelijk).

wat ga je doen
In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij voor een veilige, opgeruimde en prettige sfeer in en rondom de school. Door jouw aanwezigheid ontlast je het team en help je het re-integratietraject van een vaste collega soepel te laten verlopen.

• Sfeer & Ontvangst: Je verwelkomt leerlingen 's ochtends bij de ingang, bent een luisterend oor en helpt vragen te beantwoorden.
• Toezicht: Je surveilleert in en om het gebouw en spreekt leerlingen indien nodig aan op hun gedrag.
• Ondersteuning conciërge: Je helpt de conciërge af en toe bij dagelijkse en praktische taken binnen de school.

waar ga je werken
Je gaat aan de slag op een levendige schoolomgeving met circa 1.000 leerlingen ((v)mbo). Binnen de school heerst een prettige, toegankelijke sfeer waarin korte lijnen en samenwerking centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal team waar jouw inzet direct gewaardeerd wordt!
