Jouw missie

Als Store Manager ben jij het gezicht van onze winkel en verantwoordelijk voor zowel de commerciële resultaten als de dagelijkse operatie. Je richt je onder andere op:

· Realiseren van omzet-, marge- en KPI-doelstellingen.

· Vertalen van de PUMA-strategie naar concrete acties op de winkelvloer.

Winkeloperatie en voorraadbeheer

· Verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer, inventarisaties en goederenstromen.

· Toezien op naleving van procedures rondom verliespreventie en veiligheid.

· Bewaken van Visual Merchandising-richtlijnen en een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie.

Analyse en lokale marketing

· Analyseren van verkoopcijfers, klantgedrag en markttrends.

· Rapporteren van inzichten en verbeterkansen aan de Area Manager.

· Coördineren van lokale marketingactiviteiten binnen het beschikbare budget.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een ambitieuze Retail professional die energie krijgt van verantwoordelijkheid en resultaten.

Wat breng jij mee?

· Minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een klantgerichte Retail omgeving, bij voorkeur in mode, sport of schoenen.

· Een bewezen trackrecord in het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen en KPI’s.

· Sterk commercieel inzicht en interesse in de financiële kant van retail.

· Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te inspireren.

Functieomschrijving:
Als operator in Apeldoorn ben je een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces. Jij zorgt dat de mengmachines soepel draaien en dat de juiste mix van ingrediënten ontstaat. Je stelt de recepten zorgvuldig samen voor de premixen van diervoeding. Daarnaast verplaats je goederen door de fabriek met een heftruck of EPT.

Het is belangrijk dat je jouw werkplek netjes en overzichtelijk houdt. Je voert controles uit op de apparatuur en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Zo draag je bij aan een veilig verloop van het werk. Je bent een belangrijke operator die samen met het team voor topresultaten gaat. Je werkt in een verschoven dagdienst waardoor je werk en privé goed combineert. Functievereisten:

Are you an experienced reach truck driver looking for a stable job with predictable working hours? At this modern warehouse in Arnhem, you will work day shifts, enjoy 37 days off per year, and earn €2,650 to €3,200 gross per month. You will work with modern equipment in a clean and well-organized warehouse, with opportunities to further develop your skills.

As a reach truck driver, you make sure goods are stored in the right place and orders are ready on time. In addition to operating the reach truck, you will also support other warehouse activities when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and accurately moving goods with the reach truck, up to 7 metres high;
• Loading and unloading pallets and other goods;
• Storing goods in the correct locations;
