Who you are
Do you love solving logistical puzzles, and know your way around dynamic warehouse environments? As our ideal Logistics Planner, you are proactive, detail-oriented, and a true team player who adapts quickly to change. To hit the ground running, you meet the following requirements:

• You speak and write fluent English
• You live within 50 kilometers of Oostrum
• You are available for a fulltime role
• You have at least one year of experience in administration, planning or customer service.

What will you do
As an Outbound Planner, no two days are the same! You keep the outbound planning running smoothly. Your responsibility is to make rock-solid daily schedules. You coordinate with (inter)national carriers and ensure seamless warehouse delivery. You monitor time slots, solve operational bottlenecks on the spot and keep customer communication sharp.

In short, you handle the following tasks:

• You create a workable daily outbound schedule;
• You track on-time delivery and escalate issues fast;
• You generate KPI reports about carrier performance in Excel.

Wat ga je doen
Als productiemedewerker bij Aviko Rixona in Oostrum ben je verantwoordelijk voor het terugstorten van bigbags en het open maken van zakken met verschillende aardappelproducten. Dit is een fysiek zware baan. Ook is het een baan met repeterende werkzaamheden. Dit moet goed bij jou passen! Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat de producten netjes worden teruggestort en verwerkt. Dit alles doe je natuurlijk in een leuk en behulpzaam team!

Je gaat aan de slag in een 5-ploegendienst met een vaste cyclus van 6 werkdagen gevolgd door 4 vrije dagen.

International transport is about more than just sending a shipment. You are the essential link ensuring all customs paperwork and partner screening are spot on. Working alongside an experienced team and you keep administrative processes sharp. You ensure all global shipments will move over the world without any issues.
Your daily tasks summarized:

• Screen business partners and recipients to make sure you connect the correct documents/files;
• Help prepare export dossiers, transport and customs documents
• Maintain accurate customs records, both in Excel and in the internal system.
